hotel was clean, staff polite, food very good,easy access to the beach, facilities good. you have to pay 12 euros to unlock the fridge in your room, would have liked to have seen steak on the menue, mostly lamb and veal,fish and turkey. |

We selected the half board option and found the choice of food to be excellent catering for all tastes. The staff especially the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and were tidied every morning to a high standard. When ever I return to Lanzarote I would have no hesitation in staying at the San Antonio again. |

I loved the mix of healthy options and luxury in both food and facilities and especially the welcome for children. I have stayed here before with adults and this time my two year grandson came and the waiters made such fun for him- especially Germain and Marco. No, I have already sent several people to you and they have equally enjoyed it. |

Liked the overall quality of the hotel ....... restaurant, lounge, poolside, nearness to beach. Also, relaxing ..... no noise or behavior issues. The prices for drinks was very high compared to the local bars. In most cases the prices were twice the local. |

I liked being anonymous when I wished anw the possibility of having company. I did not like not being informed on my arrival of a problem with my booking and of just being tried to being fooled into that being offered to me then as being my orriginal booking. |

Rooms very comfortable, plenty to choose from breakfast and lunch buffet. Swimming pool and access to beach were excelent. Location is ideal, quiet yet only a short walk to busy restaurants and pubs. Hotel mainly caters for mature couples so not ideal for young groups. |

the location and amenities within hotel. Cleaning and dining roon staff were very good. Being charges 13euros per day for sea view. |

Apart from commens below no complaints The Dining left alot to be desired,I paid for half board but when I was settling my account I saw I was charged for water at dinner. |

The area around the swimming pools was nice.the ocean view was very nice,and the food in the resteraunt(self service)was very nice. The unfriendlinness of the staff,in particular the managers.It was almost impossible to get a smile,or a thank you from.most of the staff could do with going on customer service course to learn how to deal and treat people properly. |

We had a wonderful stay in your hotel. It was a very relaxing holiday thank you. There was great things for children the girls in the creche were great but we did not have children with us l would recamend it to parents. And wow loads of ice cream for the kiddies..... The hairdryer in the bathroom was very slow. In the hotel restuarant we were a bit feed up with Veal every night other then that it was great would go back. |

The location was excellent, near airport, close to everything yet quiet. The staff were very friendly and met some lovely people there. I was a little disappointed with the bedrooms and think they need upgrading. |

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard. Enjoyed our stay. |

Les chambres sont très agréables, la situation au bord de la mer est excellente. Petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse Le personnel de cuisine devrait plus respecter les règles d'hygièene alimentaire. |

la cercania a la playa y la tranquilidad. nos dieron una habitacion horrorosa cuando llegamos, sin vistas, sin luz y en el sotano.Luego cambiamos y teniamos vistas al mar, que era la condicion que pediamos cuando contratamos. Fue maravilloso. |
