Good location, very close to metro, comfortable rooms (despite room darkness), internet free access great plus. Very good hotel for city trip purposes, awesome value for money. We received an international phone call at dawn and front desk did not transfered it to our room. |

One person in particular was very helpful. She helped us to locate a missing suitcase with the airlines. Furniture is not the latest. The beds make noise when you turn around. |

The hospitality of the hotel staff and the rooms are cute, acceptably clean. The location of the hotel was good for our needs (especially concidering location vs. prices). The bed could have been slightly more confortable. |

The hotel is very close to metro station (Dieo de Leon) and supermarket (Eroski). We asked for double bed but it was twin bed and it was not possible to put 2 beds together. I had read the same comment on previous customer comments. So there is no change! |

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean, and towels, sheets changed every day. The use of the safe box in the room had a charge of 2 euros per day, not mentionned when booking. The use of a kettle rather than a saucepan to heat water would have been more convenient. Inventory deposit also required for plates, cutlery etc., not always needed at similar establishments. |

Posizionato in una zona tranquilla. Un quartiere dove all'occorrenza c'è tutto quello che serve (bar, ristoranti, pub, negozi, parco, ecc). La metro è ha portata di mano (a 50 metri, fermata diego de leon), in 20 minuti circa ti porta in centro (Sol) e in circa 35 minuti sei in aereoporto (10 minuti in taxi). Personale disponibile e stanze accoglienti e pulite (sistemate tutti i giorni). Ci siamo trovati bene. Anche se insonorizzate le stanze potrebbero esserlo un po' di più (si sentiva la doccia ed il microonde del vicino di stanza). Il personale alla reception non parla italiano, spagnolo/inglese (ci si fa capire comunque). |

Ligging van het hotel, rustige buurt en direct in de buurt van de metro halte Diego de Léon, waardoor het centrum van de stad zeer snel bereikbaar is Vriendelijkheid bij 2 van de drie personeelsleden aan de balie |

Habitación confortable y cuarto de baño amplio. A solo un minuto del metro y a un precio razonable. Estuvimos a mediados de mayo donde la temperatura suele bajar bastante por las noches pero cuando quisimos activar el aire acondicionado para calefaccionar un poco la habitación no pudimos. La respuesta fue "en verano no es posible utilizar la calefaccion solo la refrigeración, y en invierno no es posible utilizar la refrigeración solo la calefacción. |

Chambre accueillante, confortable et située près d'une ligne de métro. Pas de salle pour les petit-déjeuners mais dans le quartier, il y a ce qu'il faut. Très satisfait. |

la tranquilidad y que estaba todo muy limpio, la habitacion realmente esta muy bien en la relacio calidad precio, el personal muy amable y que tenga internet-wifi quizas la calefaccion un poco elevada |

Totul a fost ok. Curatenie, liniste, acees usor la metrou (2 min mers pe jos). Totul e ca in poze. A fost foarte bine. Recomand cu incredere. |
