потрясающий сервис и качество обслуживания, питание на высшем уровне. Очень хорошие номера и территория. отдыхали в четвером с двумя детьми - очень довольны. к минусам можно отнести только отсутствие песчаного пляжа, но мы слышали, что это исправят в будущем. а пока , если очень нужен океан, на авто или такси можно доехать до пляжа рядом с горой "Красная". |

большое количество бассейнов,есть теннисный и сквош корты,площадки для футбола и баскетбола,пляжного валейбола,скалодром. находится на очень ветренной части острова,рядом с аэропортом.Спа действительно очень маленькое. |

When we stayed at the hotel it was relatively quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and catered for either couples wanting a relaxing holiday or families wanting activities for their children. It was close to the airport but we did not find the planes landing intrusive. The only real criticism I would have of the hotel was the buffet breakfast. They made great efforts to put on a magnificent spread, but I am afraid every morning my bacon and egg was only luke warm at best. |

rooms were fab. excellent staff, pool areas are very well kept. plenty of free activities if you want to join in. breakfasts were amazing. alal carte restaurant quiet but food good its a shame that they is not a proper board walk to the 2 nearby villages, its fine if you are young but if you anyway unstable on your feet its not a pleasant walk to either village, €5 in a taxi |

The grounds and safety of the hotel. The swimming pools were lovely. The staff (mostly) were friendly and professional. The directions to its location as on website--confusing. The cost of some snacks--too expensive for what they were.he unavailability of pool towels from pool attendant if you forgot to bring yours from room--you could leave a deposit for this. |

This hotel is unique in design and location and offers a full range of facilities to satisfy all age groups. The meals were of excellent quality.The staff were courteus , caring and nothing was to much trouble for them.. |

The staff is super-friendly and helpful. The location is very comfortable: no tourist crowds, but they are reachable in 10 min by car if one so desires. |

Very nice hotel with an interesing architecture. Nice staff and good facilities. Located in a quiet location. Close to the airport wich can disturbe, our kids loved to see the planes comming in. The beach is a bit to rough. |

Very helpfull and friendly staff, clean rooms, the bathroom was outstanding with small jacucci in each room. Nice food, luxury feeling....can strongly recommend this hotel No beach suitable for swimming (rough sea) but beautiful view from the swimmingpools |

we enjoyed the hotel because it was not full. We usually stay in smaller family run hotels, but took this as a ast minute short break. We were concerned because it was so big, but really enjoyed our stay due to the low numbers of residents! It would not appeal to us in peak seasons |

Facility was very Clean, modern and well maintained. The Hotel Staff on Reception lacked the 5 Star Polished feel. I'm sure they will make it after some more training and experience, some were very good others were poor. The rest of the staff on site were excellent. This did not take away from the overall experience which was very Good. |

New facilities well maintained and the staff worked very hard to ensure the few guests who were there mid week had a good time. Animation staff worked very hard with the kids too especially for the mini disco. Was windy whilst we were there which is not the hotels fault but I understand that part of the island is windy compared to the west coast. |

Great facility, nicely decorated & clean room, kind staffs. Large choice of breakfast buffet. Fantastic food & service at the restaurant at the end of the pool area. Good value for money and we will definately go back. We stayed a week. The cleaning of the room got not as good as in the beginning as time goes by. |

Hotel is beautiful and has a great selection of pools and restaurants. I found the reception staff unhelpful. They told us we could use the courtesy room after check out before we left for the airport. Later we discovered they never put our names on the list and because of this we had no where to get ready. This was pretty disappointing. |
