location We inquired about using the internet. We told the clerk it would only be a minute (which it ended up being). He gave us a card with a password and user code to get into the website. What he failed to tell us is there was a min. charge for the card 4.50 Euros and it would be charged to the room. It wasn't so much the card, as it was the lack of information shared with us... |

lo que me gusto de la habitacion es que tubiese wifi y del hotel lo que me gusto el solarium que ai en la novena planta para tomar el sol el yacusi, sauna y las 4 maquinas que tiene el gym. lo que no me gusto de la habitacion fue qe nos dieron una con vistas a un patio d luces amos que veiamos las casas de las vecinas del edificio de enfrente, la habitacion era bastante pequeña y lo de la ducha de hidromasaje es solo la alcachofa de la ducha qu tiene diferentes posiciones del chorro de agua. no me gusto la verdad. |

Buena localización y personal muy bueno En la habitación había una capa de polvo, nos movieron dos veces de unos sofás en medio de una reunión y no nos facilitaron el acceso a una sala de reuniones sobre la que se preguntó el día antes. Para negocios y pequeñas reuniones no es recomendable. |

Su ubicación. La cordialidad de los empleados. La primera noche sufrimos la presencia y la molestia originada por un grillo, que no nos dejó dormir desde las 3 de la mañana hasta el amanecer. Sin embargo hemos de reconocer que al notificarlo por la mañana al recepcionista y la camarera de habitaciones, fueron muy amables y consiguieron exterminarlo. |

Bel hotel moderne, pas trop loin du centre ville de Santa Cruz. Les chambres sont confortables et soignées. Le petit déjeuner est proposé en plus et coûte assez cher. |

Está cerca de todo. Puedes ir andando a donde quieras. Tiene un buen restaurante. Tiene 24 horas de Wifi gratuitas. Excelente trato. |
