The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient, among the best I have encountered. Rget went to great length to assist me with Spanish, and provided much information about the city and area. A very big thanks to them! The location, for (bus) access to the city is excellent. The food was also very good indeed Nothing whatsoever, I shall certainly recommend it, and stay ther again. |

A mi me ha tocado una habitacion claramente de una ampliacion, la habitacion era muy sencilla no un tres estrellas,no sé como seran las del hotel propiamente dicho. El pasillo de planta que yo ocupaba olia mucho tabaco, imperdonable. Las luces de la habitacion eran de una potencia tan minima que parecian de un pais tercer mundista. La moqueta, manchadissima, mejor hubiera sido que no la tuviera. |

Prima restaurantpersoneel, kwaliteit van het eten is uitstekend. Ligging t.o.v. de stad Santiago is niet optimaal.Het hotel ( kamer ) is enigszins gedateerd. |

Buena situación, enfrente de una parada de bus que pasa cada 20 minutos al centro de Santiago. Hotel viejo, con mucho ruido incluso por las noches. La cama doble era excesivamente pequeña. |

Bien situé à l'entrée de Santiago en venant de l'est. Le Personnel est très aimable et aimant rire avec le client. Nous avons eu 2 soirs de suite des diners avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. |

Sin duda alguna, las recepcionistas: son encantadoras. Por otro lado, está alejado del centro pero tiene una parada de bus en la puerta. La habitación que nos asignaron no era confortable: mobiliario y persiana antigua, pésima insonorización, a primera hora de la mañana te despierta el sonido de las duchas de las habitaciones contiguas y el trasiego de los clientes en los pasillos. |

La tranquilidad que tenía, al estar un poco apartado de la ciudad. Habia un autobús justo debajo del hotel que te dejaba en el centro de la ciudad. Era un poco antiguo, pero la relacion calidad precio estaba bien. |

Buen hotel. Habitación cómoda, con buen y amplio baño. Está fuera del centro, pero se llega en pocos minutos con vehículo. Se puede estacionar (aparcar) gratis en los alrededores del hotel. |
