При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 4 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 12 лет на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 10,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается EUR 20,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные

We have studios (living-room and bedroom in one room with a kitchenette) and one-bedroom apartments with a living-room furnished with a bed-sofa and completed equipped independent kitchen.
Reception schedule: from 8:00am until midnight. Please contact the hotel if you are going to arrive from 12 am. to 8 am.
Also in the vicinity there are a variety of supermarkets, a shopping centre including cinemas, small retailers and a restaurant area.

Чисто, уютно. Хорошо, что есть бытовая техника и посуда. Можно курить в номере. Удобен прежде всего для тех, кто приехал на несколько дней. Для тех, кто приехал только на один день(ночь) неудобство может состоять в том, что в отделе не предоставляется питание. Однако, недалеко от отеля есть бары и ресторанчики, в которых можно поужинать. Плохо, что отсутствует парковка. Машину приходится ставить прямо на улице, где сложно найти свободное место рядом с отелем. |

It definitely deserves a 4-star rating than a 2-star rating as shown on booking.com. It comes complete with a fridge, kitchenette, and utensils, but unfortunately the Carrefour nearby is not open for business?! The apartment is very well-maintained and the bedroom and bathroom is luxurious. Offers good security for residents and parking if you are driving. A bit far from Seville centre (ca. 25 mins by bus), but the bus-stop is within 5 mins walk. |

The hotel is situated near to the Airport and to the Sevilla Congress and Exhibition Center, ideal for visitors of fairs. Nearby there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The cafeteria of the hotel offers a tasty breakfast. You can use the locked parking for free. The pool is situated in a little garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good relationship price-quality although prices are quite higher during fairs. The rooms near to the cafeteria on the ground floor are quity noisy in the evening. |

It´s a quiet place, very clean, plenty of light. The furniture is ok, also the appliances. We could take our meals in the apartment with no problem. The parking service to our car was perfect. The internet connection was not ok, the signal was poor and we could connect only twice. |

Aparment is very clean, it has all the stuff necesary, well located, Sevilla este has a lot of bar & tapas bar and this hote is closed. In bus you are ay 30 min of downtown.Parking lot free |

Excellent hotel in all aspects, including its location being only a 20min bus ride into the city centre. Secure parking gives peace of mind, too. There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. |

Wonderful plce to stay close to bus lines to take yuou to center of all sites. Clean confortable and would highly recommend we loved having a washing machine as we are on a RTW travel. Beautiful city great to have internet in our apartment. |

The apartment provieded was very nice and clean, we had a pleasant staying. Although, it was not possible to use the swimming pool. They spoke English quite well, which is rare in Andalusia! ;) |

The room is big and well equipped. Parking is not a problem there. Secured parking is also available with 10 euro deposite. There is no hairdryer and the ground is not cleaned properly. |

After traveling for awhile, it was nice to have the kitchen and laundry facilities. I became very ill with allergies while staying there and it greatly lessened when I left. There is no carpet so I can only think that none of the other fabrics in the apartment had been cleaned for awhile. |

The space was very nice for the price and the building was beautiful on the inside. The distance to the airport was also a benefit when departing. The wi-fi internet was not available at all during our stay and although assured by staff that they were working on it, it never got fixed by the time I left. Also, the twin bed set-up is not very accommodating, the hotel should offer a full size bed for certain apartments. |

Amazing offer for great appartment. Good location for people traveling by car and great parking place private. Good bus connections to city central, line 27. Easy to find from the main roads. Inform the guests about front gates door system. |
