В случае аннуляции за 2 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока взимается 50 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания
В случае незаезда взимается 75 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания .
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей в возрасте от 0 до 3 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается EUR 10,00 с человека за ночь.
Вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 0 .
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.
Принимаемые кредитные карты
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, red, Maestro
Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.

Я останавливался в пентхаусе (100 евро в.сутки) апартамент достаточно большой, отдельная кухня, три(!) террасы....рядом со всеми достопремечательностями...правда паркинг только общественный (20 евро в сутки) и достаточно экстремальный подъезд к отелю (ширина улицы чуть больше двух метров)))) очень рекомендую всем... Может только стоит оборудовать кухню электрочайником?...в кофеварке или на плите не очень удобноводу для чая кипятить))) |

This is a wonderful place in an excellent location. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the kitchen which was nicely equipped to make a simple meal. I highly recommend these apartments. |

Excellent location. Wonderful converted 16th century building. Peaceful and quiet and yet very very close to the Sevilla's main attractions. Decent amount of space with all the necessary conveniences Difficult to find. My GPS unit did not appear to be updated on the one way streets. The apartment's car park was quite far away and we had to drag our luggage to the apartment - my daughter said she felt like a "refugee" |

Our apartment was a one bedroom with a sleeper couch in the living area and a full kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The location was excellent. It is on a fairly quiet street just a 3 minute walk from the Cathederal and all of the shops and restaurants in the area. There was a Christmas market going on in front of the Cathederal while we were there. There is ample public transportation in the area and getting to either train station or the metro is simple. The apartment itself was inside a courtyard which had 2 sets of locked doors/gates - very secure and quiet. This is an excellent place to stay to see the city and its nightlife. |

Location, layout, bathroom with a window, safe inside the wardrobe, comfy mattresses, pleasant decor, nice towels & complimentary toiletries, elevator. No local calls can be made from the telephone or calls received other than directed through reception; definitely not enough dishes & cutlery for 4 people (and we were only 2), no wine glasses (only 4 tumblers), no wine cooler, nowhere to hang washing (wash line ?). Noisy due to tiled floors. Would not like the downstairs flat/s as looks very dark. |

A group of apartments around a beautiful courtyard. Very private and secure. We had two double bedrooms with very comfortable beds and lots of space. Great position in the city center. Free wi-fi appreciated. Minor niggles about equipment but nothing to spoil our stay |

Apartment right in city centre, 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral, suurounded by the local community. Very close to the historic centre of Seville and within an easy walk of the main shopping centre and many small typical bars and restaurants. |

Perfect position in beautiful city, clean with helpful staff. Ideal place to stay with children but watch for getting stung for the extra beds You led us to believe that a 6 person flat would cost what you told us, however there was an additional cost for the 5th and 6 persons despite the ad saying it was for 6, this left us with a bigger bill than expected about which we were not happy |

Central location. Free Wifi in room actually works and works great! Note housekeeping including change of towel and replenishment of bath amenities only at extra cost. Very strong sewage smell, but that seems to be a problem prevalent in many hotels in Spain... |

Location is excellent a 1-2 minute walk and your at the Cathedral. Hotel is very secure, staff were very friendly. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for the night, for 2 adults and 2 children and found this suitable for our needs, if we were staying for a week would book a 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms are nicely decorated and facilities very good. Plenty of eating places close by. We parked in carpark near river and caught a taxi 4 euros, its much easier not to have a car in Seville. Would recommend the apartments and will return again definately. |

The location was excellent. The apartments were so clean and tasteful and the courtyard was beautifully arranged to be tranquil and peaceful. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The whole place was kept in a spotless condition There was in the courtyard a lovely fountain which was probably on a timer. It came on at 8 oclock in the morning going off at about 10 at night.unfortunately maybe it could be set for later. Because it seemed as if someone was taking a constant shower. |

Pleasant, peaceful and beautiful. Smartly designed and brand-new interior and furniture. Lovely courtyard Very small point, nut the boiler is small, thus the water goes cold fast (almost after the second shower) |

Very nice apartments. Very good location. It was useful to have a washing machine. The kitchen was very nice. The reception is not occupied at all times and you may not get an advise (or directions) when you want but this was minor. |

A real find; self-catering, spacious, well-equipped accommodation in Europe. Set around a cool and attractive courtyard. No daily service, but who cares? The expresso machine and washer/dryer proved far more desirable. There is a supermarket for breakfast provisions within an easy walk and the cathedral and other main tourist sights are just round the corner. |
