Месторасположение, но не в самом историческом центре. А больше ничего не понравилось. Совсем. Не советую останавливаться в этом отеле. Обычный номер выглядит почему-то лучше и больше, чем Junior Suite. Бассейн слишком маленький, без фильтра и поэтому в нем столько хлорки, что вода выглядит мутной. В спортзале было бы невозможно заниматься спортом, так как он находится на этаже -1, очень маленькое помещение, мало тренажеров. Сауна была сломана, интернет тоже. Мы пожалели, что выбрали этот отель, хотя оставались всего на одну ночь. |

Hotel facility and service definately match the 4 star standard. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices. Light in the room is a bit gloomy. We asked for a double bed but ended up being given 2 twin beds without any explanation from the receptionist. Probably there are really few double rooms. |

Good location near the centre of seville and easily accessible from train station and airport. Comfortable rooms, clean and good value. Most beds appear to be two singles. No double bed provided despite booking on this basis. |

The room a/c was not working once we arrived. Immediately they sent up a maintenance man. A/C fixed. It was a clogged filter. |

excellent location, clean rooms. friendly and helpful staff. good value for money. hotel appears very business-like and colossal, which does not add to a romantic and cosy ambiance. In my mind the pictures suggested a design-hotel which is clearly not the case. Anyway, it is a good place to stay! |

Everything except... Checkout was a nightmare. Only one person behind desk at peak time and the bell-boy didn't know how to open the garage. Agreat shame as everything til then had been first class |

Modern hotel, well laid-out and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Large rooms and quiet air conditioning. Close to light rail (tram) terminus, and within 10-15 minutes walking distance of the cathedral, palaces and city centre. Main shopping area a short tram-ride away. Not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel - no restaurants or shops. Dined in the hotel most evenings as a result. Area around is in the course of rejuvination, so a lot of building going on. Just a little further from the city centre than we would have liked - but we know this before booking. We found that english was not spoken or even understood to any great extent (reception excepted) - not just in the hotel, but in Seville in general. |

I only stayed for one night but found it to be in an excellent location near to the centre and train station. The breakfast was very good with plenty of good buffet food. The rooms were very clean and spacious. |

Location was good , easy to find and within easy reach of the tourist quarter , 10/15 minute walk or 5€ taxi Even at a reduced I thought this was expensive for what you got . We have stayed in hotels equally as clean and as comfortable for a whole lot less |

A good standard hotel room. It was clean and of a good size. The receptionist who checked us in was probably very inexperienced. After looking at our passport and looking for our reservation for the longest time ever she still checked us in under an incorrect name -- a previous guest who had already checked out. Even after we pointed out the mistake she said it was OK that we use the incorrect name. I must add though when we checked out the correct names were on the bill. |

The underground car parking. The receptionist had not apparently received my request for "no feathers in the bedding" and when I asked him about it, he did not appear to understand. He then said if I had any problems I should call housekeeping. In addition, we booked a double room but got a twin. Breakfast was moderate, not of the standard of a four star hotel. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. The main-entry door was locked after 12 pm.. this is unusual for a 4 star hotel.. |

Very comfortable and spacious room housekeeping service was excellent facilities good. reception staf and bar staff were good however restaurant service was slow as staff spent to much time talking to each other and ignored customers |
