Отель находится в очень удобном месте, в старом городе, рядом со всем достопримечательностями. Здание старинное, чем и был отчасти обусловлен выбор отеля. Номер нам был предложен двухкомнатный, очень просторный, с подогреваемым полом (за исключением ванной ?). На этом плюсы отеля закончились. Поскольку бронировали мы номер улучшенной планировки с отделкой под старину, а как оказалось на месте такой номер всего один и предложить нам они его не могут, поэтому, со слов персонала, были поселены в номер более высокой категории (за ту же стоимость), который мягко говоря слишком отличался от забронированного - такая смесь модерна и хайтека, что мне очень не нравиться. Причем апломба у персонала было на все 5*. Завтраки, которые были включены в стоимость проживания, явно не соответствовали уровню 4*, поскольку отсутствовали стандартные горячие блюда, да и выбор холодных закусок оставлял желать лучшего. Когда были заняты все столики, закусок вообще не хватало, пополняли их с неохотой. Фрукты также были далеко не первой свежести (испорченные). Да еще и общий туалет рядом со столиками для завтрака добавлял впечатлений. |

Лучший из всех Испанских отелей, в которых я останавливалась. Для "трешки" просто великолепно: прелестный старинный дом в историческом центре города, большая комфортная комната, очень удобная постель, и - ванна, а не душевая кабина! |

The room was very spacious, the hotel is located very close to the historic neighbourhood, walking trips are very convenient. We were very pleasantly surprised by the room and bathroom size (huge!), breakfast was great also - highly recommend this hotel! |

The hotel was modern, clean and in a good location to the historic sites we wanted to see. There was a parking garage for an additional fee but parking is not eay in the old city of Toledo. The breakfast that was included was nice. The rate was decent. |

Pleasent location close to park and also short walk from historic buildings No bar or sitting room. breakfast was fairly average compared to similar hotels. |

Great central location for visiting city sites, helpful staff, easy taxi from train station and wonderful breakfast buffet. Even had time to check e-mail in lobby. |

The hotel couldn't have been in a better location and we had one of the few rooms with a view so it was a charming, comfortable place to be! |

Location: The hotel is located in the inside border of the historic center. Cleanliness: Spotless. Room: The whole hotel looks brand new and very tastefully decorated. Our room was no different, with excellent beds and pillows, a great bathroom and a small living room with a sofa-bed. Parking: I was informed that parking is available nearby, but we were lucky and got a good spot on the street, right in front of the hotel. Breakfast: Served in a very nice cafeteria. Good assortment of breads and juices. Better than the standard European breakfast. Staff: Nice and professional. Internet: Free Wi-Fi . We would definitely stay there again. |

Location was great. Breakfast was great. Room was quiet and staff provided a cot (with sheets, pillow and blankets) for my infant son which I appreciated. On the whole the room was clean and spacious but the bathroom (floor especially) was not very clean on arrival. |

Easy to find using City signage. Close to some places of interest but some uphill walking required for the main attractions. Public car parking available close by. Room was below ground level and there was no daylight other than from an inner atrium. Tiles around bath/shower were very dirty. |

Plesant quiet position in Toledo, but still within walking distance of any sights. Beautifully restored, with quality fittings IT would have been nice if they served dinner, but there were plenty of places nearby, os it wasnt a problem |
