the hotel was located in a good area to see the tourist items we came to Toledo to see. I would have like to have a coffee bar. and would have like to have a little bit friendlier staff, but people in spain I found are not the most friendly. |

Staff really unpleasant, you are much better off booking at Eurostars (an example) for same fee Staff, TV did not work, views not existing, far from clean |

location was good. rooms clean. no ice, no airconditioning despite advertisement, loud noise from street since windows HAD to be open, no ventilation/air movement. ROOM WAS HOT. |

I liked the location of the hotel. Very close to the Alcazar. I did not liked that they only have two single beds (twin room) even if you book a double room. The room cannot be more basic and the bed sheets were similar to the ones you find in budget hostels, the bathroom door was broken and did not close; you could even listen to the conversations of other guest in other rooms (thin -paperlike- walls? |

The staf where very helpfull and friendly over both days. Good location, parking nearby Acouding to the website, when you pay a little extra, you get great views. Well, there are no views, except brick walls to look at. No Wi Fi in the room. |

very close to attractions and resonably priced. Rooms at the front of the Hotel where subject to very noisy streets, so had little sleep. Tiled floor was very uncomfortable as cold, would suggest bed side rugs during the winter. |

Quizás la decoración de la habitación...estaba vieja (y cascadilla) pero con un punto elegante, y eso si, todo muy limpio. Muy ruidoso, tanto el interior (se oye todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y habitaciones) como el exterior, el hotel está al lado de otro hotel y del Alcazar y los grupos de turistas pasan chillando a todas horas (dia y noche). Ha sido imposible dormir un algo. Ademas la tele no funcionaba y la ducha no tenía cortinilla con lo que el baño se inundaba de agua cada vez que te duchabas. |

El personal del hotel es extremadamente amable y eficaz. La ubicación es inmejorable y la limpieza muy buena La ducha en el baño no cuenta con una cortina o puerta, así que se moja todo el cuarto de baño. La puerta del baño tampoco tenía seguro (la cerradura estaba estropeada), así que había que atrancar la puerta con una silla desde dentro. En realidad las cosas "malas" son sólo pequeños pormenores que pueden solucionarse fácilmente. |
