При размещении всех детей младше 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .

Депозит
Взимается полная стоимость заказа в день бронирования и подлежит возмещению.

Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.

Удобное расположение в самом центре исторической части города. До кафедрального Собора и всех достопримечательностей - рукой подать. Выгодная цена на семью из 4 человек. Удобства квартиры, а не отеля (холодильник, кухня, утюг в номере и т.д.) Летом при открытых окнах практически невозможно уснуть из-за шума на улице. Нет контакта с обслуживающим персоналом. Код входа в подъезд и квартиру дают по телефону. Не сразу сообразии где и как взять ключ. Хорошо, что помогли соседи. Единственный телефон для контакта ("ресепшэн") не отвечал на звонки. The position in the city is wonderful. The space is good and well designed. It is in a beautiful building. The crockery was disgustingly dirty. Egg or grease on the cups and plates. The decor is tired it needs painting. The description of it as luxury is inaccurate. The kitchen surfaces and flooring are cheap and damaged. The furniture, very cheap and old/damaged. I would describe the flat as basic but in a good position. |

The accommodation was spacious and elegant - the location was fantastic - the air-conditioning was wonderfully cool and the customer service great! Our only criticism of the accommodation was the fold-out bed in the living room. It was very uncomfortable, making it unpleasant for the extra 2 people - as this apartment is advertised as accommodating 4 people, this is something which needs to be looked at. |

Good central location with self catering facilities and nicely furnished. We have young children and the accommodation was far better than a hotel room which is the usual option with city breaks. Apartment was noisy though more to do with the location than soundproofing. Apartment was not ready when we arrived although we were there at the designated time. |

It was very stylish with good quality furnishings and extremely clean and well laid out for a family of 5. It was also in a very good location in the old part of the city. |

The concept and the location is absolutely perfect The beds are with to much springs, the "bed" for the 3 / 4 persons is just the couch, the hotel is really bad cleaned, walking on your bare feed means you will have black feet. |

La limpieza. Bien equipado. Imposible dormir debido al ruido. El dormitorio está comunicado con el baño en lugar de ser habitaciones independientes. Muy poca seguridad. La próxima vez eligiré algo con recepción. |

Ottima posizione appartamento molto carino ben tenuto e pulito. Consigliatissimo. Non è specificato che le chiavi della camera devono essere ritirate presso il 50flats, che dista 1 km circa dal 5flats. Lo si viene a sapere solo al momento della chiamata. Quindi consiglio di chiamare prima di arrivare in loco. |

Divertente l'apertura sopra la porta del bagno si poteva parlare con gli occupanti del soggiorno, perfetto il bar e la cafetteria sotto casa, in 5 minuti si è in centro, si devo dire che è tutto perfetto. No tutto normale, anche la storia dei codici e i serramenti che lascino passare il rumore a qualcuno puo dare fastidio. |

Appartement très agréable et bien situé pour visiter le vieux Valence. Confortable et très bien équipé. Pas d'accueil, car ce sont des appartements. Il faut savoir qu'il faut téléphoner pour obtenir le code d'entrée. Salle de bains toute petite pour 6 personnes ! |
