близкое расположение к центру, тишина, красивый интерьер. Хороший завтрак. Наличие подземного гараха. Обслуживающий персонал очень милый, но не достаточно профессионально подготовлен для 5-звездочного отеля. Отсутствие портье у входа вынуждает искать его, чтобы отнести багаж в номер или поставить машину в гараж. |

The "ambience" was instant. Only 3 nights but 3 nights in Heaven ! I have stayed in many holtels in Spain and if there is a deficiency I would say it is in the breakfast. |

Hotel room was very cleaned and hotel staff friendly and helpfully. The garden is Japanese style and music too. Every think was nice and if we will decide to return to Valencia, this hotel is our choice |

Nearly everything; great location, fantastic room (especially the large bed). The great rate. We arrived at the designated check in time, but our room was still not ready. We avoided the 20 euro each breakfast! |

The location is so central and very convenient. The indoor pool is so small and certainly not to swim in. It lacks an area to "chill out" in. The spa currently only has 2 loungers in it for 60 rooms! The courtyard rooms are also extremely dark, the light has to be on all the time. A note over your description, you state shuttle service, this is not provided by the hotel and unfortunately although they apologised, they gave no compensation. |

We only stayed one night at this hotel as a stop over although we would have gladly stayed longer - everything was beautifully presented and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful breakfast rate was expensive |

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious No complimentary water or tea/coffee machine, or iron in the room. The price of breakfast is the most expensive out of any European cities I have stayed in. Tiles in the shower could do with a good scrubbing. Did not get the room adverised with booking.com e.g. Would say this is more a four star hotel. |

Central position was great and staff very helpful. For a 5 Star it is beginning to look tired. Paint peeling and some of the wood flooring coming up (bathroom). |

A haven of cool in what was a very hot time of the year. Very nice room with excellent facilities. I think that 40 euros per couple x three nights stay is a lot to pay for a buffet breakfast. We and our friens took breakfast in town - this was a shame, but financially prudent |

The location of the hotel suited our group well - it was within walking distance of the main areas of the city but not in the main hustle and bustle of town. The staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful. |

Permitted earlier than advertised check-in. Helpful and friendly staff, however the standard of spoken English from one receptionist was poor. Good food in the restaurant. |

The attention to detail is excellent and the hotel is designed to a very high standard. The central location is fantastic for access to the city of Valencia. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff were very helpful in terms of arranging bookings for restaurants. Upon arrival to the hotel the initial greeting was a little rude but soon became more professional. |

For the first 2 nights of my stay, my room had been double booked!!! I was sent to another hotel and was extremely unhappy about the situation. The rest of my party was staying at the hotel and I was separated from them- very very poor customer service from a managerial level. The reception staff were left to deal with my ire and when eventually I did get a room there after 2 days, I was upgraded and enjoyed the rest of the stay a great deal. |

An oasis of calm in a hot and vibrant city. Excellent location. Friendly and reliable staff. Wireless internet did not work. Gave me a long cable which did. Travelled with colleagues who also booked through your website. They arrived on a late plane to find their rooms ( deluxe) had been given to someone else and they were transferred to another hotel. So if you are due to arrive late - confirm your room night before. |

Location is few minutes from the city center and monuments. Room was big and the quality of the toiletries fantastic. The service is just gourgeous, they come to set the room twice a day.it was really a pleasant experience They assigned as room in the court yard instead of the main building, so more noisy, as people were having coktails and chatting there |
