Yeri çok iyi, harika bir konumu var. Tarihi bir bina, otelin farklı bir havası var. Kahvaltı salonu ve kahvaltısı çok güzel ama fiyatı biraz abartılı. Bazı personelin daha samimi ve güleryüzlü olması gerek. Banyolar yenilenmiş, odanın içinde de benzer bir yenileme olsa çok daha iyi olurdu. Odalarda biraz daha aydınlığa ihtiyaç var. |

Absolutely nothing. A cold and unfriendly hotel with staff that are clearly not interested in making the guest''s stay pleasant. The bed and pillow were rock hard. No kleenex were supplied, miniscule bath soap staff sullen and unhelpful breakfast very expensive per person I would definitely not recommend the Avenida Palace. Greeting unfriendly. The room they gave us had a view of the back buildings of Barcelona. We had to call down for extra towels several times the once we were told that there was no towel service unitl the next morning. |

Location of the hotel was great - very convenient for La Ramblas and pick up points for Bus Touristic Restaurant seemed a little over priced |

Location, decor. Arrived from airport at 11am hotel stored baggage until room ready, advised that this would be 3pm which was great. Returned to hotel at 4.15 pm reception staff asked that we wait in site of reception and would call us as there was a computer problem. No call so 30mins later when staff seemed to be gossiping amongst themselves I asked if room was ready told it was, no apology given for wait. |

Centrally placed. It is situated right above the underground line. From time to time one can hear and feel the trains passing beneath you. In addition the smell in wc is present. |

The Lobby and rooms where quite nice and the support staff were great.... But I was left feeling I was paying more for the fancy stairwell (see web pictures) in the lobby that leads to no where, then for my room. Still For the money it was a good value and great location. |

Location superb, and a 10 min walk to the coach to the Spanish Grand Prix Circuit. No tea or coffee in room-very disappointing for price we paid |

Great location, close to the action but still in a quiet safe neighborhood. Attractive lobby and attentive staff. Quiet, and reserved. In the center of town. Great shopping and sightseeing area. Beds a littel too low and firm but typical of most good european hotels. |

the central location ,i found the staff very helpful and friendly,the hotel rooms are spacious with all mod cons and 6 foot beds the room safe did not work and on reporting this it was still not fixed for the duration of our stay |

Accessability to most of the sights/sounds of Barcelona, especially as the weather was not too brilliant... Spendid location. Quiet even though hotel on busy main road. We were happy with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel /room.( please note: this was our third stay at the Avenida Palace). |

The locality of the hotel to the plaza de cataluna, the shops,the buses and the metro train. In short its close enough to everything without the constant noise and hussle of la ramblas ! We were only there for a few days and our room ( a junior suite ) overlooked the gran via de les corts catalanes one of the main spine roads in barcelona the traffic was hardly noticeable. No! it was great. |

Very central. Near to shops and La Rambla. Old type hotel plenty character not like the new boutique hotels which are a bit bland. Staff were friendly and helpful and at €90 a night I thought was good value. All other hotels looked very good too. |
