Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi, odalar temizdi, kaldığımız sokak az da olsa şehrin gürültüsünü geride bırakıyordu ve çok hoş bir sokaktı, süper bir şarap dükkanı vardı. Genel olarak otelin sokağını doğru telaffuz ettiğinizde tüm taksiler biliyordu. Rezervasyon yaptırırken gün ışığı alan vaddeye bakan odaları tercih ettiğinizi mutlaka belirtin. Otelin restoranı çok sempatikti. Wireless internet olmalı, kablolu vardı ve kablolar ile genelde bağlantı sorunu yaşanıyordu. Onun dışında herşey güzeldi. |

yeri oldukça iyi konumlanmış la rambla, picasso katedral vb yerlere yürüme mesafesinde fiyat kalite dengesi temizlik ve kahvaltı başarılı bulunmuştur. Otel personelinin oldukça yardımcı olduğu gözlenmiştir. Belki kahvaltı çeşitleri artırılabilir. |

Free water available in the hallway fridges The rooms were very very warm (even in November) and the AC was not working. Rooms quite noisy. |

Very good location. It is easy to walk to the main tourist areas but was also quiet. Bed was a little uncomfortable and no tea/coffee facilities in room |

I used the phone to call Kenya,the call lasted about 10 minutes. I was charged over 40 euro. It was a total rip off. When I questioned the astronomical bill I was informed that I should of known that all hotel phone bills were expensive. Because of this I will never stay @ one of your hotels again. |

Clean, fresh and recently renovated room and the location There would have been nice to have a bodylotion and stuff like that, the coofeemachine in the breakfastroom did not work properly. |

Everything was great. Good location and quiet street. Internet access was convienent and the free water bottles is a great idea. Clean and modern. Staff could speak english. Small but its all you need. Its Europe so small is normal. |

Hotel Staff were extremely kind and helpful, balcony overlooking street, free water and location were excellent. Size of room was adequate relative to European hotel rooms. Bathroom design was overall lacking. Heat of shower made it like a sauna, towels were small and lacking and toiletry amenities were cheap. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief staty at Ciutat de Barcelona. After arriving at 9:30 A.M. after an overnight flight from the us, we stopped at the hotel to drop off our luggage before heading out for sightseeing. To our delight our room was ready and we were able to get straight into our room and take a much needed nap. The location was right around the corner from the Picasso Museum which was great. Plus, it gave us a real feel for the Old Town, sipping coffee on our balcony overlooking quaint Princesa Street. Our triple room was also large enough (by European standards) to accommodate our travels with our 16 year old daughter. |

The Location was Great , Rooms where clean There is a roof top pool , it would have been nice to have a bar , there is a japanese restaurant but unfortunatley did not stretch to a class of wine |

The room and bathroom were very clean. We found the staff not helpful. Also we were were quoted a price when we had booked a third bed, however when cancelled they still charged us as if we had a third bed. The room smelt of sewage everytime you walked in and they drilled in the rooms at around 8am in the morning and people complained but they were unapologetic about it. |

Nice location close to many restaurants and small bars in the old town while still not too far from the beach and the location of my conference. The internet in my room did not work with Macbook - but the staff were helpfull and there was an internet station close to the room. The cleaner also forgot to fill the shampoo basket once or twice. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I ended up extending my stay and they were very accommodating and willing to help. They were very helpful in getting the internet working, and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds are not great. they are cheap, light beds that move around too easily. |
