Good place for not so big amount money. Very good location, hotel is in the center of Barcelona. There is no street noice, just door of rooms could be more noiceless.

As for Lithuanian people, poor breakfast.

Such friendly staff, amazing location, right on la rambla but a few steps down a side street, so perfect location, and I imagine this meant it was alot quieter than some of the hotels directly on la rambla. We only stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned on the 1 whole day we had, which I was very impressed by.

Thin walls meant any sound within the hotel travelled easily, but for the money I paid (£72 for 2 nights, 2 people) I really cant complain. Keys had to be left at the desk everytime we left the hotel, but we could come and go as we please 24/7...this probably added to the noise around the hotel.

breakfast could be better and would be nice to have a kettle and coffee maker in the common area for North American visitors who like coffee/tea at all times of the day.

the location is great, walking distance from all main important places,beach and shopping center.. apart small details i enjoy my stay

Excellent location with only a few minutes walk from Plaza de Cataluna where the airport shuttle bus is based. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was "free" so can't complain too much but it was a uninspiring. It was not self-service so you were given set breakfast of mixed rolls, slice of cheese/sausage + orange juice and coffee. Coffee was good but orange not real juice and rolls poor quality. We ended up buying breakfast from small cafe in same street which was excellent for less than 4 euros each

The location is excellent! I didn't realise that it was right in the middle of everything. Also, the staff was nice and the breakfast was okay (it was at least as good as the one in the previous hotel I stayed in, which cost twice as much). It is good value for money, especially if you're going to be spending most of your time in Barcelona outside the hotel (shopping, sightseeing, etc) rather than in your room. The room's quite small, but I just needed a place to sleep. The bed was fine - I'm not sure why so many people complained about it. I just put the spare blanket on it and slept like a baby. The free internet's very good and quite fast also. What else do you want for the price?

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room...

The staff at the reception was very nice and professional.

The thin walls make you hear noises or even just the normal chatting of the guests staying next door.

The location was very good

I booked the hotel with a requirement for a Gluten Free breakfast, and this was stated on the booking. (a serious requirements and not A fad diet) There was no gluten free breakfast, and there was no knowledge of my requirement by either reception management or dining staff. In fact I was abruptly advised by dining staff that what I received was all that would be available. The breakfast provided was of no use and apart from drinking the coffee, I had no breakfast. I checked out of the Hotel that morning. I was asked to pay the cost of the room for the second day, (I had booked four days) which I reluctantly paid rather than argue. Very disappointing. Room was noisy and no blackout curtains to screen the floodlighting from exterior.
