Welcoming staff....well designed rooms, comfortable and very clean......good location. Everything was good but there wasn t any coffee facilities and iron machine in room. |

the staff of the hotel was very nice and polite, the room was clean, we slept very well in the bed,situation of the hotel was perfect internet in the room didn't work, that was the only thing to critizize, in the restaurant of the hotel no people |

A lovely hotel in a good location, a great room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast - we had a most enjoyable stay there. Supply more details about the city and its attractions - there was very little information available. |

Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, juices and coffee. Yes, for a desinger hotel there was no computer provided as stated. There was wifi if you had your own pc. |

I was cold on first night so awake most of the night, and asked for a blanket in the morning and this was not given so was cold for rest of stay. Also TV had no sound and when I enquired about this it was not sorted out for the whole 3 days. |

The hotel is centrally located, 10 min. walk to Las Ramblas, nice big bathroom with shower (no tub), good internet connection, breakfast was very good: various meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, yogurt and eggs cooked your way! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was crowded some days, common areas were a bit dark. But-lighting in the room was great! |

This hotel is not a 4-star but merely a good 3-star. The outdoor swimmingpool is indeed not much more than a footbath.Breakfast was good, but nothing more than that. |

The hotel totally met our expectations: the rooms are comfortable, clean, with a stylish design. The hotel is a short walk from the Plaza Catalunya and the Passeig de Gracia and close to a metrostation. The view from the breakfast room on the top floor of the hotel is nice. We arrived 20 minutes before the end of the breakfastsession. The kitchen staff shortly thereafter started to remove food and beverages from the buffet.Quite a few people came in after us. They had to rush in order to get some food at all. |

Location, comfort, design Front desk staff needs polish. Need to be more personable, and remember names of guests, and be able to suggest descent restaurants. They sent me to this dive for dinner and also forgot to give me my wakeup call. |

I loved the layout, the insulation from noise, the bedroom/bathroom facilities were excellent, very good location and extremely pleasant staff. Rooms are just a little bit on the small side but are very well designed. Bar prices way over the top |
