Hotel Diagonal Zero

Kalmadığım bir gece için anlaşma dışı bir fiat faturalanmış bir günevvel haber verilmiş olmasına rağmen. Ayrıca misafiirimiz Ömer Kadıoğlu için İmzalı kağıt brakmamıza rağmen ayrıldığında kendisinden ödeme istenmiştir ancak başka bir personelin telefonum üzerine müdahale etmesiile durum düzeltilmiştir. Otelin b.Sayarına not düşülmemiş.

Personel genel olarak iyi. Alışveriş merkezineçok yakın. Metro ve tramvay ile ulaşımı rahat.

Çarşaflar hergün veya en az iki günde bir değiştirilse daha iyi olur.

It is hard to control the airconditioner in the room.it is always cold in the room.

Clean,Quiet,next to mall with separate restaurant floor.Subway very close.And the girl in reception was really nice.Marta You know it - smile will make the difference.Generally there is lot to learn about nice service in Barcelona - cold keep smile will not bring the people back really...

Bar had to high prices for 0 atmosphere?Not very cousy to sit down.

The staff is excellent!! Public transportation in front of the hotel.

Location is a bit far from the city centre.

Shower, view, free internet, cleanliness of room.

in such a big hotel parking should be free.

Very close to Metro. Friendly Staff. New Building.

The whole idea behind the hotel is good - wireless in the rooms, ice dispensers on every floor, spacious rooms and very well designed lightning all over the place. It's just opposite the congress centre, so it's really convenient if you're there for an event in it. There's a tram station just outside the hotel, the metro station is not more than 5min walking. The Diagonal Mar shopping centre is pretty big and offers a wide variety of products and cafes. Roof-top area is quite nice. The cleaning lady was really friendly and helpful, although she couldn't speek too much English.

The most serious complaint i have is that when we were checking out they tried to make us pay for services we didn't use (terrace bar, room service), then didn't want to give us back the deposit of 400 euro we had given at check-in. One of the things they tried to cheat us with is that at the time of booking and paying only one of the rooms was payed and we had to pay the other room, the other was that at booking only one of the rooms was at the promo price and the other was regular-priced, ending up in at least 40min of quarreling and us arriving really late at the airport. An advice from me - print out and carry all the documentation you can (i had to show the bank statement from my credit card to prove i actually had payed both rooms!!!)

The rooms were modern and stylish. The hotel staff were pleasant and responded quickly to requests. Lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants close to hotel.

A long way out of Barcelona but good transport links into the city so not really a problem. Building work going on close to the hotel.

I liked the location (metro and bus stops near by) with good shopping opportunities at Diagonal Mar, also very good sporting/running trecks near the sea which I used every evening.

we were very relaxed. it's a new hotel and very clean. internet connection including wifi were everywhere and we used so much. connection speed was not so much fast but very convenient.

staffs served us very much, but not so much trained. there was no corkscrew in room although there was a bottle of wine in mini bar, and they said bring the bottle to the lobby bar myself and ask them to open....

Well localated just a few steps away from transport system and pretty central. The staff was up and down, most of them though were verry helpfull and spoke good english.

We had a small problem with a staff entrance door right beside our room wich made verry much noise, we complaint about it and nothing was done, it isin´t verry hard to fix this problem but nothing was done. That seemed to be the only problem and not a major one.

Rooms, staff & breakfast was pretty good
