The apartment was huge and newly renovated and the location was perfectly in the center of the Barcelona. Great for long-term stays. It was full of dust and the shower was moldy, and when we asked for a re-clean they only took care of the shower and not the dust. And there was no coffee maker, only hot water boiler. No Internet. Not much natural light, but that is normal in the tiny streets of the gothic quarter. |

The apartment is in a good location. Not far from Las Ramblas, the sea and the Las Cortes Ingles store. There were no TV chanells in english or german or any other language than spanish. |

The apartment was very large, nicely laid out and complete with all appliances. The location is excellent...very convenient! Most important...there is no reception desk and we were not informed of this. The staff told us the correct procedure is to call them upon arrival at the city to arrange a meeting at the apartment. This is very important to know ahead of time. Lucky for us there was someone inside cleaning at the time we arrived and they were able to contact staff to let us in...otherwise we would have been completely lost. One other important thing...the windows have blinds which are completely see-thru and so there is no way to protect your privacy from the apartments across the street. Very inconvenient and possibly unsafe. |

Location is central. Within 30 minutes bus ride from airport. Within walking distance to La Rabmlas, Port and other attractions. Near metro/buses to other city attractions. We enjoyed our stay. The lady that let us into the room on Saturday was impatient and rude and did not provide all the information (e.g., forgot internet password). |

Very nice apartment - everything is brand new. It should say specifically in the reservation, that there is only 1 double bed and 1 fold out sofa! |

Very central - v close to las ramblas, shops, restaurants and sights. Apartment was clean and well equipt (although agree with previous reviews about lack of wine glases!). Very good value and convenient. As it was so central it was very noisy at night/early hours - with people, road cleaners and dustmen! Wasn't very private - wasn't clear from the info that there was not a private bedroom, so the person staying on the sofa bed could see up to the bedroom and vice versa. Also, the bathroom door didn't shut properly. Not ideal that there is nowhere nearby to leave your luggage before/after check out - can leave at office, but a way away and they charge 10E. |

Great location! We walked to everything except the fountain show and Park Guell. Once we checked in, we went straight to Carrefour on Las Ramblas and got some breakfast food and snacks. We had no problem finding the place, but our taxi driver dropped us off on Las Ramblas and pointed where we are to go. Be sure to do the www.fattirebiketour. No...there is some street noise at night, but nothing that kept us awake. birds in the countrside are more annoying. |

Very cosy, close to all shops, centre, restaurants, museums. Double glazing great, view was exiting and fun. Wonderful design and comfortable to come home to. Home away from home. Beds to narrow and mattresses very uncomfortable. Sofa bed not good. Amorous couple above made so much noise with it they ended up on the floor. Instructions for stove, and amenities would be helpful. More than one key would be good. Lock on main exit door ground floor dubious - One night a couple were locked out and rang all the bells untill someone let them in. |

The location of the apartment was incredible and it was very clean. There was no coffee maker or alarm (necessary for early morning departures), the cooktop on the stove did not work, nor was there wireless internet available like the description said. |

The location was excellent, walking distance to and from all the sights. On arrival there was nobody there to greet us, also very noisy, awake all night on the first night with people shouting in the hall way and slamming doors, also we were not supplied with new towels. |

The apartments are very close to Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. New building, new apartments with complete accessories (dishwasher and dryer too, but not hair dryer) and very quiet. Check in and check out may be a problem, due to absence of reception (so you cannot leave luggage. There is a luggage storage (conseignas) at Sants Station, from where you can reach the airport via bus or train (better) |

The appartement is very comfortable, the shower is big and the kitchen is perfect. The wall are probably very thin, because you hear every noise. There were people chatting in the hall and it was like they were standing next to our bed. Because there is no concierge, people can just do what they want, so also making very bad noise at 7am. |

Die Lage war, obwohl nicht ganz zentral, recht gut. Gut erreichbar von Metro und Busstation und in Nähe von Shopping und Kultur. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz (zu dritt in einem 3-bedroom Apartment), und viel Helligkeit (im 3. Stock gelegen). Kurz vor Abflug in Wien wurden wir telefonisch informiert, dass das ursprünglich gebuchte Apartment bzw. das gesamte Haus wegen eines Wasserschadens (?) unbewohnbar sei. Nach Besichtigung einer unakzeptablen Alternative wurde uns dieses zwar größere, aber nicht ganz zentral gelegene Apartment angeboten. Die Einrichtung war sehr basic, und die Wohnung war offenbar billigst renoviert, ohne Gedanken über Bedürfnisse der Gäste (so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad). Die Matratzen waren von geringster Qualität, und ausserdem unterschiedlich lang/kurz (im Doppelbett!). Fast alle Jalousien (blinds) haben nicht funktioniert bzw. waren kaputt. |
