1. standartlarına göre fiyatı çok uygun, 2.çalışanlar oldukça samimi ve problem çözücü, 3.şehir merkezine ve metroya çok yakın 4. sakin bir lokasyon aynı zamanda güvenli 5.oda çok kullanışlı. 1. internet bağlantılarında sorun yaşadım. 2.oda duvarları ince, diğer odalarda gürültü olduğunda ses geliyor. |

Otel genel olarak modern dizayn edilmiş ve temiz... Ancak aylar öncesinden rezervasyon yaptırmama rağmen, otelin dolu olması sebebiyle penceresi olmayan ara odalardan verildi, bunun sebebini booking.com aracılığı ile rezervasyon yaptırmama bağlıyorum. İlerleyen gunlerde itiraz ettigimiz icin lutfen oda degisitirldi. Resepsiyonda hem iyi hem de kotu personeller bulunmakta.... Cok onceden rezervasyon yapılmasına rağmen yer yok gibi bir aciklama ile penceresiz oda verilmesini dogru bulmuyorum, cunku internet uzerinden satilan odalar bu sekilde degil, bu konuda otelin uyarilmasi gerektigini dusunuyorum... |

konumunun sehre yakın olması, dekerasyonu yeni ve temiz, banyo da hem duş hemde küvet olması avantaj odalarda su ücretsiz diyorlar sadece günde 2 adet 250 ml lik küçük su koyuyorlar sonradan istediğimiz suları ücretlendirdiler. bazı odaları bize verilen oda dahil dışarıya bakan penceresi yoktu. en vahim tarafı buydu. |

Şehir merkezinde her yere kolayca ulaşılabilecek bir noktada yeni güzel şehri gezmek isteyenlere yardımcı olacak basılı evrak ve broşür içeren buna rağmen sorulara yardımcı hotel personeli var. önerilecek bir şey yok olması gereken herşey düşünülmüş. |

A quiet location that was within walking distance to most attractions in central Barcelona. Good size room with lovely bathroom. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip in Spain. On both occasions staff were friendly and helpful. Wanted to charge 4 Euros for internet usage for half an hour. |

We arrived very early and were very kindly allowed to check-in to our room for shower and sleep after trip. Was much appreciated ! I have stayed here twice now, it is a lovely hotel. 20 mins walk to Sagrada Familia and 30 mins to Las Ramblas. |

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.Only 2 blocks from the station for the buses to and from gerona airport.It was clean.Rooms cleaned every day.Not too far from the arc de triomph metro stop which is great to travel around on during the day.Free water is a good idea.Air conditioning is very good. The cleaning staff are very noisy in the mornings in the corridors which is not good if you want to sleep.There is no tea/coffee making facility in the rooms.Do not avail of the taxis in barcelona,they rip off tourists. |

the hotel was new, rooms were relatively big, location was not bad but not exactly what was written on their webpage. To get to Passeo de Gracia it was good 10 minutes walk that's why I only gave fair for location. rooms were a bit noisy, especially in the mornings we could perfectly hear the cleaning staff. The fitness room was very small and jacuzzi was not working at all. Moreover, there was no swimming pool as it was somewhere written |

Suitable location near national coaches terminal and subway station. Nice contemporary and comfortable room. We didn't get breakfast because Barcelona was foul of tasty surprises that cost us much more less than it. |

Hotel was relatively clean and comfortable. Hotel entrance is quite impressive. Some nice neighbourhood cafes and tapas bars. Location was not as convenient as I expected. I thought it was closer to the metro than it was. We had a room which faced into an inner courtyard. I find the lack of natural light disturbs my sleep patterns. |

The night hotel clerk was absolutely amazing. He suggested some things for us to do in the evening, which all turned out fantastic. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I found the bed quite hard, but then I have a bad back. It would be helpful if the hotel offered foamys for the bed (or had beds with pillowtop mattresses). |
