Hotel Principal

It was very clean and quiet, being in a side street. Buffet breakfast was copious and varied.

At first we were given a very dark room on the 1st floor with a window overlooking a very small, dark courtyard but were able to change to a better room with a balcony.

Location, cleaness

Room 510 - blocked evacuation way - with power failure you are truly in trouble. We experienced it on 2 A.M. on departure morning. Not nice experience.

Good location and nice deco. The staff was very helpful. They also had a luggage room(unsecured but we felt comfortable leaving our luggage) you may use.

Our mattress was not comfortable. Thin, you could feel the springs.

I like very much the breakfast, free access to internet, the room for luggage after checking out was very comfortable, I could wash and change the clothes

my room was practically without the window, the cleanliness of the toilet room was very bad

The quitness. It was no disturbing sound from the street or other rooms. Nice breakfast. Good roomservice. The location.

A bathtube in the superiur room would have been nice. The breakfast room was very noisy.

We had a 3 bedded room and my daughter thought her bed was not very comfortable. One bed had no blanket. Otherwise very good.

In the city with good transport connections

The computers need an update, if you have a service must be good

Location was terrific. The breakfast was more than I expected. I would definitely stay here if I were to return to Barcelona.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was a fantastic size, and the breakfast was very good. Very close to La Rambla which was great.

We liked everything about the hotel, the only thing I would say is the surrounding streets are not the nicest at night, but a busy area so did not feel unsafe.

Good size bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable large beds.

Very early check out time (10:30). Very noisy breakfast room with mediocre food. Wifi did not work all the time. Television had very few working channels, even most of the Spanish ones did not have clear pictures.

The staff were particularly friendly and very helpful in providing information on tourist destinations and how to get around

The location was very good. Bed was comfortable. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly.

The room was darkish/window looked out at a wall. I had to go and ask for toilet paper and for milk. They were not left in room. Tea making was just that....only tea. I asked for coffee and got it. It was too expensive for what it was.
