Şehir merkezinden biraz uzak ama sakin bir bölgede, Otel temiz düzenli ve konforlu.Personel güler yüzlü ve son derece yardımcı. tekrar konaklamak isterim. Erdogan Yuksel Birz daha büyük bir havuzla çok daha mükemmel olurdu. Ama Tatilciler için Otel önünden bineceğiniz tek otobüsle Barcelonanın en güzel plajına ulaşmak imkanı varken havuzun küçüklüğü de önemsenmeyebilir. |

otel odasındaki cay kahve ikramı su ısıtısının varlığı metroya yakınlığı, özellikle 4,5 şubat günü kahvalı salonu girişinde görevli bayan personelin cana yakınlığı ilğisi bize şehri gezme konusundaki bilğilendirme gayreti bizi duygulandırdı teşekkür ederiz(personelin ismini almadım çünkü daha sonrki günlerde göremedik) otelin özellikleri sayahate gelenler için özellikle bizim için merkezi rahat... Barselonaya geldiğimiz gün hava alanından taksiyle geldik otele 15 euroya geldim tabi bahşişi ile 20 euro verdim otelinizden ayrılırken taksi çağrıldı hava alanına geldiğimizde taksimetre 20. |

The hotel located in a quiet residential area which is away from the noisy and busy city centre. The hotel is quite close to a metro station only 10 minutes walk away. Hotel staff appeared friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and food was good and plentiful. Hotel environment is eco friendly. On the second night stay the room appeared clean and tidy, however the bed linen and bathroom towels appeared clean but worn out as a 4* |

Quiet room, and free mini bar Horid smell from drains in bathroom, and very dissapointed with spa i contacted the spa before arrival and was sent a e-mail with prices it stated that the spa was 15 euro per person but after 2pm it was half price on arrival we went to the spa reception to book and was told to book for 5.30pm and it would be half price when we arrived at that time we were told it was 15 euros each but if we came back at around 7.30pm it would be half price but as we wanted to eat after the spa so we paid the 15 euros each, on our last day we asked what time to book for half price spa and was told a time but again on arrival we were asked for 15 euros so i said we would cancel then, we felt it was a con, very dissapointed, as they understood what we wanted. |

Conveneient to go to Camp Nou stadium. Spa is much bigger than expected, and very relaxing!. The family room is too small for 4 persons, If you stay only a few days, it would be OK, but if staying longer, you will feel cramped. |

We really enjoyed our nights in the bar. The barmen, Raul and Taulant are really good at their job. We have stayed at the Senator for the past three years and it is nice to see the same faces there. We noticed the hotel needs a bit of an uplift. e.g. some curtains in the bar area and some upholstery may need to be replaced. |

All the staff were very helpfull and polite at all times. The breakfast was very good, great choice and plenty of everything. The spa was an excellant way to rejuvenate after a day sight seeing in Barcelona. If you are happy to use the underground then this is a great place to stay. |

The hotel was clean, quiet and in a nice area of Barcelona. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Excellent breakfast buffet. The spa is great and a nice place to relax. Use of the spa facilities did cost extra and it was not open on Monday. The Evening buffet was also closed during my stay (Sunday and Monday). The evening menu was not quite up to scratch. |
