Kahvaltı dahil oda fiyatı (100 euro) böyle bir otel için uygundu. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Las Ramblas'ya metro mesafesinde olmasına rağmen business amaçlı ziyaret edenler için oldukça uygun bir yerde. Çalışanlar İngilizce biliyorlar. Geç check-out v erken check-in konusunda da yeterince yardımcı oldular. Wireless internetin ücreti çok yüksekti. Bedava olmasa bile sembolik bir ücret alınsa daha iyi olabilir. |

yatagımızdakı yatak örtusu nem kokuyordu.kapıya oda temizlensın dıye asılı bıraktıedıyorum kaldığım otellerı hepsı 4 veyahat eni ile çok syk kagıdı ve resepsıyon a da ılettık.carsaflar değişmiş temizlenmişti ama odayı doğru duzgun toplamamışlar dı.bell boylar orada bulundugu halde valızlere yardım etmediler..resepsıyon çalışanları ıyıy dı.. |

Next to fcb Barcelona club. 1- They didn't treat us as a honeymooners althought we've mentioned at the time of reservation. 2- Is too far from shooping area (15 minutes by metro). 3- They gave us room on second floor, were, we heared upper level guests what they are doing, and if they are using the toilet or taking bath, they water were falling in our room. (We inform the reception and they upgrade our room to level 16 with giving us a club room). 4- The rooms in second floor are equiped with very old furniture. 5- The price of room is very high comparing to the quality of the room. |

The room and facilities were excellent. The Club facilities in particular were just what I needed at the end of a busy week. Some staff appeared not to be bothered and several requests went unanswered until I made a further request. |

There was no communication problem with the staff in English.The hotel's recommendation of the restaurants were excellent.The location of the hotel was good,most of the shopping areas & museums were within a 10 euros taxi charge distance.Excellent breakfast with the hotel,the fruit juices were freshly squeezed.The staff were always smiling.Excellent Club Lounge on 18th floor and special thanks to Valeria there. |

We enjoyed the use of the club facilities and the spa and pool area were some of the best we have used in a hotel. The breakfast in the main dining room was poor, we did mention this to the receptionist in the club area. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to the Nou Camp and relatively well-placed for the metro too, with some reasonably priced, genuine Spanish restaurants nearby. Our room felt a little tired, and in need of some updating, with a large number of scuff marks on the wall, a large hole above the bath into the floor above as well as tears in the linen - all surprising for a hotel that is at pains to claim it is 5-star on everything from its signage to its slippers. Worth bearing in mind that if you book here you'll need a very big throw to hit all the City's major attractions with a stone. |

Hotel staff were very good and service-oriented. Buffet breakfast was great. Good-sized and very clean rooms and bathroom. Great value for money! The restaurant offered only Mediterranean buffet. They did not offer Spanish cuisine. There is acharge for use of the swimming pool. This should be clearly stated in the Booking.com website on this hotel. |

The food in the hotel was really nice and hotel staff could not be more helpful :) Yes there was, It was the first hotel ever out of so many I booked through this website that I was asked to pay in full upon check-in before I even got my room key, really strange but had no choice because I was already with all my bags, so that was a bit of an uneasy way to start a holiday :( |
