Degisik bir konsept oldugu icin, musterilere daha iyi aciklama olmali...Kahvaltilar hep tek duze olmamali, ornegin pazar kahvalti daha degisik olabilir..Kahvalt personeli yetersiz,,,Masalar zamaninda toplanmiyor

merkezi konumu odaların şılığı temizliği personelin yaklaşımı süper herkese tavsiye edilir

lobideki bilgisayar sayısı sauna ve duşların oraya bir havuz yapılabilir

Çarşaf ve yatakların temizliği. yatağın rahatlığı.

a)Oda kahvaltı dahil fiyat verilmesi sanırım müşteri memnuniyetini arttırabilir. b) Ayrıca minibar kapsamında odalara küçük Fiji artezyen kaynaklı içme suyu (5,5 € ) yerine daha uygun fiyatlı su konması değerlendirilmeli.

Barcelo Raval is an excellent facility! The design of the rooms and the hotel generally are just so much fun to look at and to discover!

The hotel staff was generally effective in getting things done. But the soft side of the service seems to be completely forgotten in this hotel. Smiling, friendliness, hospitality and attending to an occasional complaint in the way that client would still end up with a positive experience - it seems that nobody taught the hotel staff about it.

The staff were all very accomodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very nice - comfortable and clean. The rooftop view was excellent. The modern design of the hotel was very attractive.

The location was quite central but the walk from the Raval to the hotel at night was not comfortable. My husband was almost robbed one night.

The hotel was close to the town centre,10 minutes to las ramblas and main shops,gothic area etc..good size modern room and shower.

Walking home at night not recommended.A Lot of trouble from gangs in side streets

Design of hotel was very interesting, rooms have interesting city views especially at the highest floors and of course top roof view is excellent.

Hotel is too overloaded with design items and ways of expression of that design, rooms are small and funcionality is doubtfull, but in the same time interesting. Neighborhood could be more nice.

High tech hotel, super design, great view, excellent staff.

Very Trendy Hotel. Colours of the interior are a bit over the top, but all and all a very special Hotel. Room was very nice and very clean. Shower was very good! Views of the top floor = roof terrace, must be seen! Breakfast was superb, what a choice! Area of the Hotel is not the best area of Barcelona; surrounded with prostitutes, petty crime and drug dealers. But feld safe all the time. 5 minutes walking of the famous market and Ramblas. Make sure you visit the restaurant accros the Hotel and make your reservation the day before. A+

clean, modern, nice gym, free internet, front desk staff were very helpful in answeringour questions

the seal around the window didn't work and street noise was audible. If I pressed on the right side of the frame, that sealed the gap. I explained this to the staff but it didn't get repaired. The sink/tap is a poor set up - water splashes everywhere - all over the counter. Ant the small counter is almost the only surface available to put things upon. There are insufficient cupboards/drawers for clothing. Not enough hangers. Room 703 (I think).
