the location was perfect, walking distance to everything restaurants, the palace, etc the staff were the most friendliest we have met couldnt do enough for you if are looking for trip to granada this is it, the rooms are spotless, a must is Hannigans Irish bar around the corner Adam the manager is great you are guaranteed a great time, promise! |

comfortable room with everything I need for a weekend trip to Granada. Also more or less modern and everything worked in the room. The party noise from the street was pretty much audible through the windows (even for spanish standards). And the people seem to sing a lot even late at night. If you have trouble with that, maybe better ask if they have a room not towards the street. |

Very friendly, very clean, excellent location, excellent value for money. Heating didn't always work, but was fixed when we asked. Street was a bit loud on the weekend, but we expected this as it's located right in the city centre. |

The location was great and you could park in their garage right beside the hotel, so nice!! Staff was helpful after a night of no sleep and not speaking Spanish. Room was a bit warm but it was a warm spell. |

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel halfway between the cathedral and the Alhambra make it a good option if you want to explore the city on foot. The room, especially the bathroom, was in need of a refreshment (mouldy ceiling,..). The room's window opened into a noisy shaft, and the (rather loud) air conditioner had a green light on it that kept the room half lit all night. |

This hotel was in a great location in Granada - only a 10 min walk to the Alhambra. The hotel staff were great and answered all of our questions about the city. The air conditioner seemed to be on the fritz and did not work very well. |

Clean, comfortable and close to both the town and the Alhambra (10 - 15 min walk uphill although a good bus serice just down the road. Places for breakfast and evening meals close by at reasonable costs.. Friendly staff. Visited for one night at the end of July 2009. Air conditioning worked so poorly, it might as well have not been working at all - the room was extremely hot throughout the night. Rest of the year, I guess the hotel will be fine. Parking was very difficult, although this is common throughtout Granada and Spain, you just have to search to find a place. |

Great location, very friendly staff, access to computer I'm lobby, wifi worked in rooms on first and second floor. Air conditioning was a little weak. No face soap in rooms, only shower gel and shampoo. |

The staff was great and just super friendly. I would recommend trying to get the 4th flloor room. More private. really clean and then there is a terrfic rooftop terrace that offers a great view and place to relax |

Staff were very friendly & helpful. (Our Spanish is rudimentary, but we managed to converse with the staff and had a lot of fun trying to make ourselves understood & understanding them (part of the enjoyment of travel). Hotel and room were comfortable and clean. Location was great. Noisy air conditioner from another room at night (we had our window open). Bathroom was really nice, but no room beside sink for anything. |
