Really liked the location and the rooms were kept clean. The housekeepers were very obliging.

The breakfast was just terrible. When one stays for a week, the same tired stuff every day is too much especially when there is so little choice. I was surprised that almost everything has pork. One morning we had to send back the tired fruitsalad that had been put out for 4 days as it has started to ferment.

The Hotel is well situated. Nightlife/main museums are within walking distance yet the street is quiet enough to get a good sleep. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Good free WiFi.

Not the best mattresses I ever tried, same with pillows but I wont call them uncomfortable.

On my 23rd trip to Madrid, my usual hotel was full so I opted for Lusso Infantas. I wish I had discovered it sooner. In a fairly quiet street, just off Gran Via, and bordering on the Chueca district, it's location was perfect for me. Staff were lovely, everything clean, always hot water, and everything worked. Nice little cafeteria, although there are plenty places to eat or drink in the area. Didn't use the restaurant, not a foody, but it looked nice.

Breakfast expensive, but you can eat nearby. There's a Starbucks opposite.

The profissional skills of the counter employies. The quite of the hotel and the cleaness of the room. The restaurant was good, also

We were only on a two night trip but found the hotel convenient to reach during our exploration of Madrid. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Thankyou

Possibly would have liked tea making facilities in the room but not a problem.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Further, the rooms are clean, and well designed.

Perhaps it's not a good idea to sleep with the windows opened. The street is pretty busy in the (early) morning.

Excellent location - everything that you could want about Madrid is within walking distance. It is near three Metro stations and is walking distance to the Museum District. My wife and I had an excellent deluxe room - it wasn't noisy though it overlooked the street.

I wish that the staff were a bit more friendly - the people were attentative but did not go beyond the call of duty to be helpful. This is perhaps because the front desk is short-staffed.

A very attentive staff. Small quiet hotel in a perfect location--close to everything in Madrid. Nice breakfast buffet, good size room (luxary) and huge bathroom. Good speed free WiFi.

hard beds. really. sheets changed only every other day. cleaning lady who ignored a "do not disturb" sign. No ëxtra facilities, such as a computer for guest use, gym equip, etc.
