I had a single room with a charming view of the mountains through full length doors that open to a small balcony (no ocean view for singles!). I enjoyed the convenient bus trips into Palma and got a better idea of the flavor of Mallorca by staying outside the city. I didn't mind the steps as I enjoy walking. The view is better up the small hill. The staff at reception were pleasant and overall, it was pleasant enough for my purposes.

I prefer small pesions with character rather than big impersonal hotels, but I liked Blue Bay. The breakfast had a lot of selections but the coffee machine is really loud and annoying! The coffee also wasn't up to my standard for the necessary morning brew! So, I often walked down to the main street to a cafe for better coffee. It would be nice if the hotel could update the machines to improve the noise and upgrade the taste quality.

The view is amazing as long as you live on the front side of the hotel.

The staff was quite rude and constantly had the attitude that you had come to steal their cheap items, such as their 5 euro hairdryer (not provided in the hotel room!!!) Very basic supplies in general and it said on the website that internet was possible, although through a cable- this would have been ok if the cable had been there from the modem!!!! No where near the hotel could you buy a cable either...... The rooms vary in size and in some you can't even move around or open the door for the double bed.

The location was great and the staff was mostly helpful and polite.

The internet didn´t work all the time and the staff didn´t always know how to fix it. I made the reservation because internet was included as an amenity and it was essential to my trip.

I really liked that is was walking distance from the beach as well as a buffet breakfast included within the price. I also liked the view our room had, beautiful!

The beds were not comfortable, and we asked for one bed and they put together 2 single beds... Also, they only put shower gel in the bathrooms, but no lotion, shampoo, or conditioner. It is not a hotel issue, but the walk up to the hotel had no pedestrian sidewalk. For couples with children or for the elderly it can be very dangerous.

Nice room with a sea view and balcony, all rooms south facing and breakfast included - really impressed considering the price

I would have liked a double bed but they gave us 2 single beds pushed together

There was a good pool and a nice sun-bathing terrace around it. The breakfast buffet was good.

I did not like the location of the hotel. It was a long way from the centre of Palma (30 minutes by bus) and equally, it was a long walk to Illetas beach.Although the pool area was nice, it was not kept very clean, nor wre the public areas of the hotel.

Receptionspersonalen var verkligen dåliga. De hade ingen känsla för service och var otrevliga.

Room could be cleaned more properly - in my sheet I had woman's hair.

Cierran la cocina a las 21:30. Tienes muchos problemas para conectarte a internet y no lo solucionan.
