Şehir merkezine yürüyerek 15 dk. da ulaşmak mümkün. Fiyatına göre oldukça güzel, temiz ve rahat bir otel. Ayrıca resepsiyondakiler çok ilgili ve bilgilendiriciler. Her sorumuzu güler yüzle cevapladılar ve gerçekten çok yardımcı oldular. |

The hotel is modern in decor quiet with good breakfast facilities pool and outside space plus underground parking. whilst in the middle of town.We were very impressed. |

Breakfast not good no cups, tables not laid up chef putting fresh cooked food on plate that had sat there most of the morning,paid from room with terrace and was put in the room that was undercover room106.very dark 1 girl on reception was quite rude |

this is a comfortable hotel with excellent choice of breakfast. the main shopping area is about 1 mile walk this is also the distance to most of the resaurants, although we found 2 very good restaurants near by. overall fully recommended |

Clean, well run, modern, friendly and helpful, well situated, hardworking serving staff, good food and good value meals, free internet, pool and sunning area, great spa and gym facilities, easy and interesting walk to centre of Palma. €6.50 for a glass of whisky is very dear - even for a good hotel! |

Hotel was excellent . I stayed in a superior room which I cannot complain about good size & facilities. Breakfast is superb & sets you up for the day. The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from the Marine side walk & 10 mins to the up & coming area of Santa Catalina with its many bars & restaraunts . The pool side area is great on a hot day but can get busy . Very close to Bellver Castle which is worth a visit too. Only Minor, radio channels on the TV would have been good as an alternative media . |

Spa facilities excellent, very good rooms. Excellent selection available at Breakfast. Staff always at hand to help in anyway. Dinner poor and not served until 2030hrs. The walk back to the hotel from Palma front is a very steady uphill climb this is not mentioned anywhere. |

The room was small, but clean and the view to the harbour and to the castle great! The lamp on our balcony flickered when we arrived (little annoying for sleeping the first night as it could not be switched off), but it was fixed promptly the next day. The reception staff was very friendly! At breakfast the water cooker for tea was not filled, and after my request it took rather half an hour than the promied 5 minutes to refill it. Also they were running out of cups, plates and silverware, and refill took some time. The choice of tea was very poor. |

Our room was excellent - very comtemporary in decopration but clean and spacious enough for our short stay. The bathroom facilities were extremely modern and unusual set in a central location in the room but it worked & I have to say it is the best shower booth I have ever used in any hotel. The outside areas of the hotel are well kept and very nice - the samll outdoor bar was excellent for a night cap. Only 2 things we would have changed - we could not find a room safe in our room which surprised us in such a modern hotel. Breakfast - the food was very good but the service was diabolical - they simply did not have enough staff. They couldnt keep up with clearing & making up tables so we had to make up our own. The hot buffet was left deserted with no fried eggs, scrambled eggs or sausages at one point and when the chef finally returned he didnt seem a happy man! Bread and rolls was down to almost nothing at one point too and the coffee machine broke and when fixed they didnt have enough clean cups so we ended up with coffee in glasses with paper napkins around them to stop our hands burning - it let the hotel down. |

Stay was fine and spa and cleanliness of hotel was good. staff not friendly or helpful and website of hotel gives completely different image of what the hotel is like. very dissapointing for the price dissapointed with the room as pictures on the website do not represent what we got. staff were unfriendly |

the superior room was very comfortable,clean,the staff on reception very helpful,breakfast very good,near to the paseo maritimo,near to the city 30 min of walk the pool bar was very poor,the dinner was very poor too for 15 eur per person, except the spa and the small pool(instead of hotel pictures) they havent any other facilities,i will recommend in families or mature couples |

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - how quiet the room we had was obviously down to good insulation, excellent room kept very clean as was all the public areas in the hotel, buffet breakfast excellent. |

It is in a reasonable location, the buffet style breakfast was convenient and having a gym located within the hotel was good Hotel bar closed early and the poolside bar was only staffed by dining room staff who were busy in the dining room. |

Very nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel is in a residential area. Pool area is small but nice. We had no problem to get a sun chair. The only down is that there are no shops around to buy drinks and snacks. |
