Amazingly friendly staff, even after the very busy season they had. We stayed here in September and it was all so quiet. With the Natural Park S'Albufera de Mallorca right next to it, the location is suberb. Great facilities with a nice swimming pool, fitness,... And across the road at 150m from the resort you have this pretty quiet beach of Playa del Muro. The buffet was excellent and varied. They take high standards of hygiene. We would definitely stay here again! |

End of season, last minute deal was good value. Location was very peaceful, the pool water however was bracing... Half Board fare is nothing spectacular. Breakfast was much better. |

The staff were excellent throughout our stay; thoughtful and attentive from reception to the restaurant and bar. Our 13 month old son loved the Blue bay and with good reason- we would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly, with great facilities, an idyllic setting (including a stunning, quiet bech across the road), and the best of Mallorca in easy reach. |

Hotel staff and food are the best at this hotel. Staff is always prepared to help you whatever you need. Great variety of food at the restaurant. The 'all inclusive' system is not real... most items at bar menu are not 'inclusive'; also, bungalows could have a better airconditioning system (one room was freezing while the other was warm); kids mini club doesn't exist... |

Very friendly staff, and varied and good breakfast and dinner buffet. Nice location, in a quiet part of Can Picafort, and a quiet part of the beach. Recommendable hotel for families with kids. |

The variety of food was good. Hotel staff were good, freindly and helpful. The pool was really clean and all facilities were well maintained. Accommodation was ok but as you'll not be spending much time inside it didn't matter. A major problem was the 'entertainment' provided in the evenings.For a family hotel complex it was far too loud and went on too late. The pa system was simply too loud and was cause our 6 month old baby to stay awake. On two occassions, I went to the reception desk to complain but was told that they couldn't do anything about the sound levels as it was run by a seperate company. This is the only reason why I could not foresee returning to the resort. I would also not recommend it to freinds based on the inappropriate & ridiculously loud entertainment. It was not a problem that it was only in Italian - but the volume caused the whole family problems when trying to sleep, If this problem could be resolved. I would definitely book again |

Very nice hotel, really clean. Food was excellent 5/5 (we had all-inc, recommended) and the staff was really helpful, smiley and overall there was fantastic atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable. I would say this may be the best hotel in Mallorca, atleast you won't be disappointed. Travelling with kids, 3 & 12 |

очень удобно для отдыха и с детьми (хороший детский бассейн, безопасное покрытие пола), и компанией - до пляжа меньше 5 минут пешком, минут 15-20 - до городка Кан-Пикафор, рядом с отелем автобусная остановка,откуда мы легко добирались до Алькудии и Пальмы. Персонал доброжелательный и внимательный, англоговорящий. Минусы - на пляже нет туалетов и не имеется кафешек-закусочных,зато достаточно много нудистов. Мы брали "все включено", меню понравилось, местные напитки тоже не уровне. |

1e week van sept 2009 geweest; heerlijk groot zwembad met genoeg ligbedden; zeer nette vrijstaande bungalowtjes met eigen terras;all inclusive; eten was er genoeg en elke dag wat anders(af en toe de magnetron gebruiken) toetjes+vers fruit was heerlijk;het heerlijke strand 5 min lopen +stadje om de hoek; de bus voor de deur;wij gaan zeker terug; gr. Peter(50) en Christie(52) Het eten was niet altijd heet, maar dat kwam misschien omdat het niet meer zo druk was; er stond in het restaurant wel een magnetron; Het was jammer, dat er savonds (1x optreden van dansgroep) geen animatie was, terwijl er wel een podium en goede muziekinstallatie was; Maar in Can Picafort (binnen 10 min.) was het gezellig. |

Die Anordnung der Bungalows. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer. Die großzügige Terasse. Die Nähe zum Strand. Die Ruhe. Die vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Betten sind viel zu hart und unbequem!!! Das Essen hätte vielfältiger und ausgefallener sein können aber vor allen Dingen dauerte es mit dem Auffüllen des Büfets immer viel zu lange und das Essen wurde schnell kalt. Der Fernseher ist zu hoch angebracht (man bekam Nackenschmerzen) und es gibt zu wenig deutsche Sender. |

Het was er erg rustig aan het einde van het seizoen en de ligging is gunstig voor diverse activiteiten. Het feit dat we 2 weken vooraf gebeld werden, dat het hotel de laatste 2 dagen van onze boeking ging sluiten in verband met de lage bezettingsgraad. Er werd op aandringen wel gezorgd voor een vervangend hotel op 5 km afstand. Gevolg was wel een verhuizing van onze spullen en daardoor een verlies van ruim een halve dag. |

El desayuno 1) No avisan cuándo te van a limpiar la habitación y por ello no da tiempo a retirar objetos personales o interrumpir situaciones íntimas. 2) Es materialmente imposible ducharse durante 3 días con una pastilla de Heno de Pravia (jabón de manos) tamaño de viaje. 3) No muy agradable encontrarse pelos,horquillas y manchas misteriosas de vasos y otras sustancias corporales en:tapicería del sofá,mesillas de noche... 4) Fue una sorpresa encontrarnos un "pequeño cocktail" de fritanga variada de calabacín incrustado en la espumadera de los utensilios de cocina... al igual que ciertos polvos blancos sobre la cacerola... o las migas dentro de la tostadora... vamos, que si pasas hambre, es porque quieres, con lo que te dejan de regalo, te sobra!! |

Bungalows con cocina. La cercania a la playa y a otros municipios muy bonitos, se puede dejar el coche en un parking a la entrada sin coste, buffet muy cuidado, personal del restaurante buffet y cafeteria muy amable. Sobretodo, lo más molesto, hormigas en el baño (bañera), en la habitación y en la cocina,se entiende que está en un entorno natural cerca de la albufera y bungalows independientes al aire libre pero creo que es un problema facil de solucionar. Limpieza muy superficial y recepcionistas poco orientados al cliente. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado han sido sus instalaciones, las habitaciones muy espaciosas y bien cuidadas. La piscina bastante grande y todo rodeado por jardines, lo cual está muy bien. Lo que menos me ha gustdao fue la comida y el horario de comidas, la comida dejó mucho que desear para ser un 4 estrellas y los horarios están mirados para los extranjeros. |

El personal muy atento, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, la ubicación, la playa del hotel, tranquilidad... La limpieza de las habitaciones y que haya muchas hormigas, aunque es normal al ser casitas que están en el césped. |

schöne Lage, keine Bettenhochburg, viele Möglichkeiten (diverse Schwimmbecken, große Wiese, Fussball, Tischtennis, Fahrradverleih uvm.), freundliche Servicemitarbeiter, relativ ruhig (September) Zimmerreinigung hätte besser sein können (insbes. Türen/Wände, Ablageflächen Küche u.Bad). Die "typischen" spanischen Bettdecken, die keine sind (nur Laken zum Zudecken). Leider wurde uns vor Ort erst eine falsche Rechnung ausgestellt, so dass wir bei der Abreise morgens um 6 Uhr noch um Nachzahlung gebeten wurden |
