Gran Hotel Hotasa Semiramis

The breakfast was comprehensive and good. The view out over the sea from the balcony was stunning if rather scary as it overhung the road and was very high up. The staff were helpful. Parking was on the spot and easy.

Having to pay for the safe was unexpected given the price of the room - it was a small cost but not justified I thought. It was quite a long walk into the town, and to the beach - about quarter of an hour down and 20 mins back (there are 3 beaches in the town and the sea was very rough - probably different in the summer) - uphill on the way back. Hotel was rather tired in decor with long dark corridors.

The area suited our needs with location near to main city, and in a quite area with good local shops

The hotel is situated in a quite part of Puerto De La Cruz but withing easy access to the main resort. The hotel was quite maybe because of the time of year but very relaxing. The food was excellent both in choice and quality.

It's a shame there are so few English speaking people using the Hotel but it didn't detract from the enjoyment of the stay.

The choice of 3 pools, outdoor, indoor and sea pool. The selection of food at breakfast and evening buffets was vey good and the location of Hotel nit in center of town but close enough.

I liked the quantity and the quality of the food and the swimming pool near by the sea. Also, I liked very much the politely of the staff, the view of the room and the location of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't spoke english good enough...

the extra payments for sauna and jacuzzi,not up to the standards od a five star hotel.

Excellent service and food, very competitive pricing. Not too formal for a 5-star hotel, but I guess this is due to the excessive German presence among the hotel guests.

Two suggestions for improvement: 1. More English on hotel documents, 2. Access to town from the lowest level. Now it is a pain to climb back up from town.

Las vistas al mar desde las habitaciones y desde las terrazas del hotel. La tranquilidad. La amabilidad del personal del hotel.

La calificacion de 5 estrellas esta sobrevalorada (le sobra al menos una estrella). Hay poca luz en las habitaciones por la noche; haria falta al menos una lampara con luz mas potente (quiza halogena?) para poder leer.

Simpatia dos funcionários, com destaque para os do restaurante. Pequeno almoço diversificado e de boa qualidade. Localização com uma vista fabulosa para o mar.

1. Necessidade de chamar a atenção pela falta de cuidados na limpeza do quarto de banho e da colocação de toalhas (depois de serem avisados tudo correu bem). 2. Inacessibilidade gratuita à Internet. 3. Os empregados da sala jantar comunicarem entre si em voz alta. 4. Televisão com pequena cobertura.

die bettlampe, habe mir nachts immer den arm angeschlagen. die zimmer sind schlecht gegen lautstärke aus dem nachbarzimmer isoliert.

lo mejor ha sido la piscina climatizada y el jakuzzi donde se podia relajar uno muy bien;tambien he de reseñar que la habitacion tenia unas camas muy comodas y amplias donde pude descansar desde el primer dia y la vista al mar esta tambien muy bien

lo que menos me gusto es el escaso numero de plazas para aparcar junto al hotel....dada la ubicacion del hotel, es casi imposible encontrar sitio para aparcar cerca de la entrada....hay que alejarse a otras calles adyacentes.....y el mobiliario de la habitacion no es de 5 estrellas
