It is a very relaxing, reasonable quiet location, beautiful architecture and a lot of potential to be a 5 star resort.

It has to be renovated and the wellness facilities should be uplifted and more exposed. They should also teach their staff to clean better and the kitchen facilities need to be checked. You cannot prepare a decent dinner.

Staff were helpfull and kids loved the pool.

Only thing was the amount of Ants in kitchen area & flys

Pool and garden are very nice.

Reception staff was not always obliging. Some have been very nice but not all. Had to pay the bill on the first day!! The rooms were not very clean and the breakfast buffet was uninspired. Be aware that you always need a car to go to other places. You can't walk.

We loved the pool area; very nice pool and good poolside restaurant. Friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor areas designed around and inside the resort.

Our only complaint is that our room/apartment was dirty and was not cleaned at all during our 2 weeks stay. We had several cockroaches in our room, the floor was too dirty to walk on barefoot (your feet would get black underneath), the bathroom smelled of urine, and there were dustballs in the corners. The cleaning staff barely brushed the floor with a broom and made the bed - nothing else.

Everything - beautifull location, delisious food, sympathetic staff.

The hotel was great, very nice room, good kitchen, friendly staff, clean pools, flexible and cheap room service, great view, free pool towels and sun beds, nice little supermarket. The only two things that were a bit annoying was the very loud noise from the driving range on weekends - very disturbing - and the fact that the pools were not heated and very very cold. The last day it started getting warmer, and some of the staff said it had been repaired - others said the only heated in when it got colder - difficult to know what was true. Our three year old daugther still enjoyed it though, but for the rest of us it was a cold pleasure.

huoneiston koko, merinäköala, allas-alue, iltaohjelman ääni pidettiin kohtuullisena että pystyi hyvinkin nukkumaan iltaohjelmankin aikana mikäli halusi, hotelli ihan meren rannalla!

parveke,jota ei siivottu,sillä parvekkeella tulee oleskeltua paljon lapsien kanssa, jolloin likainen lattia tuottaa sisälle huoneistoon kaiken lian parvekkeelta. likaiset pesutilojen hanat, jokseenkin epämukavat sängyt!

Noget personale i receptionen havde en noget uvenlig tone

Het personeel was echt heel erg vriendelijk. Ze regelen alles voor je en komen ook met veel alternatieven/oplossingen. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en ook die mensen waren heel vriendelijk. Flatscreen (met nederlandse zender) en afwasmachine. Mooi uitzicht en goed bereikbaar.

De prijzen van de supermarkten daar zijn echt gigantisch. Je kunt beter een keer de bus naar de hoofdstad (25 min. ongeveer) nemen om daar in een grote, goedkopere supermarkt je eten te kopen. Dit kun je ook combineren met de mooie kerken die je daar kunt bezoeken.

Su situación cercana al sur (Maspalomas y playa del inglés). Su precio bastante accesible. Las vistas al mar y que la piscina estaba bastante bien.

Los pasillos, andas kilométros para ir de un lado a otro.Las llaves de la habitación dejaron de funcionar tardaron siglos en venir a arreglarlas. El friegaplatos no funcionaba y pasaron de venir a arreglarlo aunque dimos aviso. Para llegar a los apartamentos desde la autovía, la señalización de la zona es pésima (aunque eso es algo normal en las islas Canarias en general)

el hotel en general nos gustó, no nos gustó el personal

lo que no nos gustó en el hotel es el personal de la recepcion (C.), no era amable para nada. Otra cosa que estaba mal en este hotel - estabamos ahi 5 dias y no nos limpiaron la habitacion, la avisamos a C. y pedimos que alguien vieniera a limpiarla pero sin resultado.
