Very helpful staff. Breakfast room in a beautiful garden, as well as beautiful seeings to the historical city. The parking is outside the hotel. It was raining when we arrived, so we had to carry our bags in the rain. |

Charming small hotel on a busy-ish ring road. We had a second floor room at the front. Noise from late-night revellers was a little disturbing on Saturday night, but the rear garden is delightful and peaceful. |

The closeness of the city centre was nice. some hotel staff very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Fabulous breakfast. Rooms were not well insulated, and we could hear everything all around us,including street noise and we were not on the street front. also could hear people on the street even with window closed |

I have only good words about the hotel and the people working on it. It is a very nice hotel, quiet and in the old part of the city, which means that you have everything you need to visit in Santiago to five minutes. return to Santiago and the same hotel |

La decoración de todo el hotel en general y de las habitaciones en particular me ha parecido exquisita, a la vez que acogera. El trato del personal del hotel muy cordial y amable. La calidad del desayuno buffet excelente. El acceso desde el parking está lleno de barreras arquitectónicas. El acceso desde la puerta principal no permite el aparcamiento de vehículos, lo que hace difícil la entrada con equipaje. |

La situación del hotel y las instalaciones me parecen buenas, también el desayuno esta bien, no cenamos ni comimos asi que no puedo valorar esos aspectos. Para ser un hotel relativamente pequeño , no encontramos ninguna ayuda en recepción para que se nos informara un poco sobre la ciudad, como visitarla aspectos interesantes y tuvimos que buscarnos nosotros al dia siguiente esa ayuda en información y turismo.Quizás es debido a que muchas de las personas alojadas estan por trabajo y no por turismo y eso el personal debería tenerlo en cuenta. |
