sakin temiz ve ulaşım açısından uygun bir yer. kahvaltısı güzel. resepsiyondakilerin bazıları ingilizce açısından yetersiz .gece yemekteki özellikle bir garsonun davranışları kaba ve hoş değildi. gece yemeği için kısıtlı masa ayrılmıştı ve masalar yetersiz geldi masalar dolduğu için sonradan gelenlere garson çok kötü muamele yaptı. |

In addition to the excellent Staff the room was superb in every way. The black out curtains are a lovely touch for those who like to sleep in complete darkness. The jacuzzi bath was very refreshing and the shower was strong and always hot. The bathroom accessories showed attention to detail as did the dressing gowns. The hotel seemed to be well soundproof as we never heard sound from outside the room at any time. If i had known a few pieces of fruit and a slice of toast would cos 17.00 euro pp we would never have had breakfast there. As english speskers the number of english tv channels are to few and we could not find any music channels on the tv ( mtv does not count ), and no radio channels. |

Nice modern room - Good Metro City links (Beniferri) only 200m walk from Metro to Hotel - 20 min walk to Bio Park. Once new Valencia Football stadium is finished it will be the perfect location to stay as hotel is overlooking stadium. The bed was far too hard. No tea or coffee making facilities which would have been nice. No atmosphere in the hotel - but for a one night stay ok but you would not want to stay more than a few nights. A bit out of the way if you are not used to Valencia and are there for a city break - but good Metro Link takes you into city. |

I like the hardness of the matress as I found most hotel bed too soft. Also, it is easy to find free public parking nearby. I have stayed at four stars hotel which are far better than this so called five stars hotel from many aspects. Then again, I might not complain too much for the price I paid. |

Excellent hotel with parking facilities. Easy access to city centre using metro.Rooftop swimming pool and sun terrace offers spectacular views across the city and beyond. Very comfortable rooms breakfast good choice available. |

Quality, clean and friendly not far from city centre. A little difficult to locate, not obvious it is sandwiched between two other hotels. Expensive breakfast services. Uninteresting area. |

The 360° view from the roof is spectacular. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. The mattress is way too hard, difficult to get a recovering night sleep. The swimming pool is rather small. |

Room was cleaned each day,Bed comfortable, good views from roof of hotel of new valencia fc stadium Quite away out of center of valencia and wrong side for beachs. Pool very small, facilities basic,tourist info poor,jacuzzi bath don't wwork properly |

The hotel staff were really helpfull and the room was very luxurious great value for money and will definately be visiting there again, located convieniently next to the metro station linking you to the whole of valencia for just €6.50 for 10 journeys. The pool was nice on the top floor and had views off the whole of valencia , the pool did look a tad dirty when we got the so we told the receptionist; by the time we got back from the city it was crystal clear. Once again great value for money and get a room with breakfast, its well worth that little extra. They didnt give us the room for free! |

The position of the hotel was good out of the city but very near the metro which took you into the centre ran until 11pm or taxi back 7 euros good value hotel friendly and helpful staff Swimming pool needed a good clean |

Room was big. Bed was big. Furniture was modern and toilet was extremely clean. Location was abit far main the main square. But there is a tram station close by. Taxi from hotel to center of town was about 8-9 euro's. |

The first impression of the hotel is disappointment: the lobby at ground level is tiny and the hotel starts at 14th floor. The same building shares the ibis and the novotel, both with large lobbys. I belive the 5stars for this hotel is exagerated. Some of the hotel staff were very, very nice,while other not so nice. The internet is payed, and even accessing a computer is payed (10Euro/hour). |

The roof pool although not enough sunbeds for the guests. No tea/coffee making in room. No movies to rent/watch in evenings when relaxing. Very dusty room. |
