Upon arrival to this hotel - the reception area was very clean and looked like we have arrived at a nice hotel. We then checked in and went to our room to find the room very basic, dark and just horrible, our view from balcony was looking onto rubbish with trees shading the whole thing! We had paided over the odds for this hotel so went down to reception and explained we wasn't happy |

Incheckning gick snabbt Jag blev irriterad över att air-condition inte lagades förrän 2 timmar före det vi skulle checka ut. Kylskåpet funkade inte på hela vistelsen och när jag bad om is i baren möttes jag av en tråkig attityd. Jag bad om att få checka ut senare dagen före utcheckning men dagen för utcheckning blev jag uppringd av samma receptionist som lovat sen utcheckning och hon info mig om att hon behövde rummet. |

Hotel bien situado, tránquilo, bonita piscina exterior y cerca de la playa. Amplias habitaciones y terrazas. La limpieza de las habitaciones y pasillos deja mucho que desear. La piscina interior está muy descuidada y en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. Aunque intenta ser variado, la calidad de las comidas y desayunos es muy pobre. Además se nota falta de personal y en los momentos fuertes de comidas están saturados en la limpieza de mesas y reposición de alimentos. |

juuri uusittu huone oli siisti. Henkilökunnnan pitäisi osata englantia paremmin. Hotellin pitäisi mainostaa olevansa nuoriso hotelli, mikä ei sovellu lapsiperheiden turvalliseen loman viettoon. |
