A Heartfelt Oasis: Les Palmiers Hotel Nestled in Marrakech's picturesque landscape, Les Palmiers Hotel stands out for its stunning vistas, cozy amenities, and exceptional staff. During my recent stay, every moment felt magical, thanks to the extraordinary team who made our experience truly unforgettable. At the forefront was Hamza, whose dedication to our comfort left a lasting impression. From our arrival, his warmth and professionalism set the tone, as he effortlessly catered to our every need with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. I also want to commend Housni, our attentive waiter, whose passion for ensuring our dining satisfaction elevated each meal to a delightful journey of flavors. Moreover, the bar staff's expertly crafted cocktails and genuine camaraderie added to the charm of our stay. And, of course, I am grateful for the diligent cleaning staff, whose meticulous care ensured our accommodations remained a sanctuary of tranquility throughout. In summary, our time at Les Palmiers Hotel showcased the transformative power of exceptional hospitality, embodied by individuals like Hamza, Housni, and the entire dedicated team. This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the desert! Sheltered amongst the palm trees the bijou Villa is cool even when it’s 30 degrees. The pool was cool fresh and big enough for lengths or cooling down sipping wine on the steps. The room was spacious and again cool! Lovely layout of the room and beautifully decorated. Bed was super comfortable and we had a balcony with garden view which was delightful. Breakfast was simple and elegant. Lunch and dinners were high on flavour and the dining area was perfect for a romantic meal for 2. We had just gotten engaged and the hotel made a real effort to make our stay special with a fab room and romantic flower petals on the bed. We got fantastic service but I think that’s standard rather than anything special for us! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We did a couple of tours out to the Atlas Mountains and the desert but really we should have booked an extra day to enjoy the tranquil ambiance and wonderful hospitality from Valentine and her staff.

What a dream. If you have the chance to stay here - do so. Thank you to all the team for this absolutely fantastic stay. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday with my closest friends. The villa: Absolutely stunning, with big rooms full of light, beautiful indoor areas for dining, a stunning terrace and finally a breathtaking gigantic pool with barbecue area and good sound system. The pictures don’t make justice to the beauty of this place, it’s so much more beautiful in person. In addition the location is perfect, close by to the city, yet nestled in the lush area of the Palmeraie. (Around 200 MAD of taxi to the city/airport) The team: Just,… wow !! Rose, her mother and her cousin went above and beyond to make everything perfect. For the evening celebration, the team created a gorgeously decorated table by the pool, with white tablecloths, fresh rosemary and golden candles (which they had made themselves that afternoon). In addition, they lit a fire on the other end of the pool (I asked if it was possible and they organised it for me), with two smaller fire poles next to this. I am very thankful for the warm welcoming, the impeccable service, the honestly amazing chef which made every breakfast and dinner a big pleasure. We loved it, and we will be back. :)

Everything! The host was amazing she helped us organize stuff outside of the accommodation, as we had a tour the next day with different company from centre she organised the pick up for us with the driver, she accommodated very early breakfast for us and was extremely helpful. The place is just beautiful, the rooms the pool area, the lobby, the staff everything was just perfect. I can recommend this for a very good value beautiful get away from the city centre chaos, I hope to come back to this place!
