Free parking in front. Warm welcome from friendly owners. I would happily return!

We also enjoyed spending a good chunk of time on the balcony. Reatsurant Krone across the street is working in tandem with the Lodge. They serve good food, also some vegetarian dishes. All in all a great place!

Located 2 km from Degersheim and 24 km from Appenzell, Gasthaus Fuchsacker provides a restaurant and free WiFi. It is located at an altitude of 1000 metres and offers a great view of the Säntis... The mountain views are spectacular and very quiet relaxing place to enjoy the Swiss country side. Delicious food and great breakfast. Host was very nice and accommodating, she made early breakfast for us so we can make it to the airport on time. We will definitely be back again. Ps. The local tour guide (one of her cat) walked on the trail with us. 😊

The owners are awesome, our plane was late and we needed to drive. They stayed up waiting for us. So friendly. The atmosphere is great it was quiet. The hotel has a great look of both rustic decor with a modern touch.
