Anthon was ever willing to give great advice about where to go, what to do and offered his help to all the guests. A great addition was the evening jam sessions that put everyone in the best of spirits.

The place has a stunning garden in the middle of rice fields. It was our first night on Lombok and they helped us renting a scooter and withdrawing money. The food was also great, freshly cooked with ingredients from the garden.

Set within 4.2 km of Jeruk Manis Waterfall and 32 km of Narmada Park in Tetebatu, Bunga Maliq Bungalow Lombok provides accommodation with seating area. Definitely book this! Pajrin and Juliana made us feel so welcomed and cozy right beginning of our stay. Room was super nice and clean with confortable bed. Big balcony with two hammocs and serene ricefied view. Food was excellent and made from fresh ingredients. The best part was easily the hospitality of family. We booked a tour to rice terrace, couple of waterfalls and monkey forest. Our tour guide Hari was really funny and knowledgeable. We passed through rice fields, farms and valleys and he gave a really comprehensive account of local life and how and what nature's gifts the locals use. Also local nature and waterfalls are such a beauty and in monkey forest monkeys are not aggressive at all. It is also home to black monkeys. On the last evening we chilled and jammed with family and when we have to leave, they arranged a ride for us to our next destination. Egik got us there safely and also from him we learnt lot’s of about local craftsman culture. Overall Tetebatu and stay with this family exceeded our expectations. 🙏

Situated in Kuta Lombok, 1.1 km from Kuta Beach, Twiny's features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. We loved it! It was very cute and clean. The staff were very nice. I wish we could stay longer but already had arrangements to stay somewhere else. We will stay next time when we come back to Lombok.

By far my best experience for sustainable travel and yet, the feeling of home mixed with comfort and service such as the best hotels. And Kudos to the staff, astonishing food, service and treat! Also, there is a small village nearby If you are like me and love to go see a true Indonesian community :D
