JR station and Edo tram are in minutes walk around . We love all the moments there.

The location, facilities and everything, especially the hosts were exceptional. Would definitely come back! Also the food was super delicious as well~

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, ルクス箱根湯本 LUX HAKONE YUMOTO is situated in Hakone. The villa features a spa experience, with its sauna, hot spring bath and hot tub. We enjoyed the facilities including the onsen indoor and outdoor bath. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.

We had a super great time!! Everything is excellent, we had the whole house to ourselves, there is sauna, hot bath, cold bath. Very good rooms. And the best thing was the Japanese chef who stay in the house, who was super nice, we ate there in the evening and I recommend you, as French we loved the meal, everything was good and great French wine. I recommend you without hesitation !!

Tatami flooring for the bedroom is a smart touch to get you a modern feel of the traditional Japanese home Just sad that I could not spend more time here.
