Special mention to Marcus Gomes at the front desk. Marcus not only recognized on check in that it was my birthday, he organized a small cake to the room, played a quick table soccer game with me and replied to every request with a big YES and a wide smile on his face. Coming back to the hotel after long walks in town felt like coming home with Marcus at the reception. Going forward visiting hotels will be all about the experience and making the property a destination. Innside by Meliá Luxembourg is well on track for this new phase in hospitality. People like Marcus make all the difference and should be treasured like gold! Thank you Marcus and great job Meliá management for focusing on your people the way you clearly do.

The Sofitel Luxembourg Europe is a modern 5-star hotel offering elegant rooms and suites, and boasting 2 fine dining restaurants and a fitness centre. Guests benefit from free WiFi during their stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us all the time. We arrived early in the morning from a long international flight, and they worked to find a room to let us check-in earlier. Then, again when we asked to check-out later since the flight was delayed, they helped us again.

Väldigt bra parkering under hotellet. Elbilsladdning tillgänglig. Stort och fint rum för Mor, Far och dotter. Alla sov vi bekvämt. Väldigt bra badrum med walkin dusch. Frukosten hur bra som helst med hjälpsam personal. På kvällen åt vi väldigt god mat med goda viner och några drinkar. Personalen var igen väldigt hjälpsam och tillmöteskommande. Inte att förglömma bageriet med kafé i entréplanet, väldigt trevligt. Kommer helt klart till detta hotell igen.

Fräscht och trevligt boende med sköna sängar. Modernt och välstädat. Bra incheckning, parkering, frukost. Hiss till och från garaget. Mysigt och rymligt familjerum. Trevligt och lugnt område.

I was in room 13 and the Wifi is not strong everywhere in the room, especially in the back. To be checked. The man at the breakfast is fantastic. Very warm and dedicated. He does everything to make the gueste feel well. 10/10!
