Located in Headwood and only 13 km from SSE Arena, Aga Cottage provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. Outdoor dining is also possible at the holiday home.

The proprietor provided milk bread eggs crisps and tea and coffee This was a lovely gesture. We enjoyed making our own porridge on the Aga cooker in a homely ambience too. Our group of 3 relaxed in a beautifully appointed house which was welcoming comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bedrooms are very well equipped. The bedlinen is of a high standard with lots of lovely rugs as extras. We liked the large collection of books and magazines in the sitting room too

We liked everything. The view and birds. The beds, the quality of the space, the showers... and the host is an absolutely 10/10 in thinking of making guests welcome (snacks, brochures for the area, a brilliant 'house manual'). We're planning on coming back to Belfast and will look to book here first.

the property was so clean and spacious. there was plenty of room for a large group with three large double rooms and one large room including two single beds. the hosts were really the stars of the show though. Karen and Paul were so attentive, getting back to my messages within seconds every single time. they left us some lovely snacks and goodies and really went above and beyond for us the whole trip. we even asked last minute could we include a 6th friend who wanted to come along and they were so accommodating. they also messaged us straight away about some items we left behind and offered to get them back to us. honestly such kind and thoughtful people. I can’t wait to go back again!

Second time staying in this fantastic suite in a fantastic location. Owners again helpful if needed, but create privacy when you stay there. Has its own private entrance. As this is my second review please see my previous one for full description of how great this place is. Why stay in a hotel when you can have home comforts in this modern, clean, cozy suite close to Belfast.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. Hassle free check in and out. Heating and appliances were easy to use and worked great. Very much appreciated the milk and breakfast supplies already in the accommodation upon arrival. A great little base to see the sights of Belfast from. We even booked it again while we we're still staying there! Value for money was excellent.

Perfect location, incredibly helpful host Colm, TV with access to Netflix and other online services. The price is very attractive compared to hotels, but the privacy of a home is incomparable. We will definitely take advantage of your hospitality next time.

Very good location, bus stop just in front of the house and the zoo just down the road few minutes walk. Heating available as belfast is cold even during summer, beds very comfy. The apartment is self check-in and out, so I didn't really get to meet the hosts, but they were prompt in answering questions via booking.com messages.

The property was well stocked with items you might need whilst traveling away from home. The lounge had a couple of large sofa's and a big coffee table. Three bedrooms two doubles and a single, and it was a good location for us being only 5 mins from other family members.

Really lovely, attentive owners that you wouldn't have known were there. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to large supermarkets, restaurants, bakery & close public transport to take right into the city. A clean place with a fast kettle, and microwave, which was all we needed.

The suite is cozy and well set out. Located about 6 miles from the centre of Belfast with good bus connections. Welcome breakfast goodies were provided and there is off road parking. Communication with the owners was very good. It is as described with a comfortable double bedroom and ensuite plus a living room / kitchen area. Nearby are plenty of shops, eateries and a pub all within walking distance so a great location to explore this lovely part of the world.

Loved everything about the Boat House, it was clean, cosy & wow what a location. The views from the Boat House are by far one of the best we've ever stayed in, we could've sat outside for hours just listening to the waves. Communication with the owner Carol was absolutely faultless, really helpful.
