Everything was grest at the house with all you would need. We didn't realize there was a master bedroom on the 3rd floor, but the 2nd floor bedroom was super comfy!.Easy entry/exit, very clean. Hosts super accomodating! Plus a cute little back yard!

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately kept and extremely welcoming. It was also larger than we expected. The open plan living/kitchen area was contemporary and all the appliances were spotless. We were met by the host, Mark who was friendly and extremely helpful. The location for us was perfect. Rother Valley Country Park was close by and also, Clumber Park (an approx. 30 min drive away). Both great places for a walk with the dog. Sheffield Meadowhall retail park is pretty close by for shops, as is Sheffield City Centre. The accomodation was warm on what was a very cold and snowy weekend , perfect. There were lovely extras too which we weren't expecting, for example, a breakfast hamper including cereals, jams etc and fresh bread and milk, water and butter in the fridge. The towels were large and fluffy too. Thank you Mark and Jac for a very enjoyable stay. You have a very special retreat there. If we ever decide to come over to your area again, we will, without hesitation, book again. Thanks again. J, P and Fern the dog.

When booking accomodations for our trip we wanted to experience staying at a pub/inn. This little gem was great - ticked off that box in spades. Was very pleased. We were able to enjoy the pub downstairs and chatted with the manager on duty and a few of the locals - which made the experience even better! If back in this area again, I will be calling again to book in.
