Located in Punta Arenas, one of the most southernly points in Chile, Hotel Diego de Almagro offers accommodations on the coast of the Magellan Strait.

I loved the location, right on the Punta Arenas waterfront - good birding and very scenic! The staff were friendly and very helpful, assisting us with our multiple bookings and helping us print out critical documents for travel within Chile. I appreciated the in-house restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Having coffee and tea available outside dining hours was also much appreciated.
