Lovely modern room with very well equipped kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Very comfortable. Secure parking a bonus. We stayed one night but the room itself would be easily comfortable for a longer stay and is in a good quiet location. Easy it to go to Lille centre. Staff at reception is helpful and friendly. Just to mention that we couldn't find the address on our sat nav. The residence is next to Rue Henri Robert Neu.
