The breakfast was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed having a little down time at the Vineyard before moving on our adventures. It was very quiet and relaxing. I wish we had time to utilize the spa services, the timing didn't work out for us.

Everything was excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent as was the bar, with the facility to sit outside during this hot weather. The pool and associated facilities were also in great shape. The location is very good, with a 20 minute walk down to the nature reserve and access to the River Kennet. I'll definitely be back here.

We used the swimming pool and gym facilities, both of which are excellent - a decent-sized, 18m pool and very well equipped gym and yoga studio. Our room on both occasions was lovely - very large and with a very comfortable bed. We had dinner in the restaurant on both nights and the food was also excellent and reasonable value for money.

Also the food in the evening was excellent, as was the lounge area for an after dinner nightcap.

We like that we were offered interconnected rooms as we requested. My son who has ASD was very happy with the space and the swimming pool. We didn't get a chance to use the Gym but it looked good. The hotel manager is a very nice gentleman and he would certainly get out of his way to make sure that all guests are happy.
