This hotel is quaint, comfortable and clean. It is in a great location and the staff is so helpful and kind. The food was also delicious and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Beautiful views of Mont Blanc and other mountains. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the weather and the views. The pool and spa is awesome, too.

The hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.

Everything was perfect! we booked the two bedroom apartment (only two of us but we wanted space) and stayed in La Sabot. It was even better than we imagined! Clean, comfortable, warm and felt like home. The kitchen had the basics to prepare our meals. The shower was roomy and amazing! I enjoyed getting up in the morning to the views of the mountains while I sipped my coffee. Total peace and quiet. I’m sure during summer there is more activity /noise as it is part of a caravan park but that wouldn’t scare me away. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on site but it sure smelled yummy as we strolled by and the parking lot was full. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends. Oh, and it was pet friendly too so our old dog got to enjoy the quiet and snow.
