Modern apartment, beautifully furnished, wonderful view from the balcony, gym and swimming pool, on-site shop, security. But what we liked most was that there was a wonderful and extremely helpful person in the apartment (the apartment manager) who was extremely nice to us and took great care of us. She answered all our questions - about the route, sightseeing, helped us look for a tuk tuk to rent and an eSim card with Internet access. Thank you very much :)) you are wonderful!!!

This is a wonderful homestay. You get your private room with bathroom and balcony. Kitchen and living room is shared with the owners which are very friendly and helpful. All is with nice furniture and very clean. The apartment is at the 4th floor of 11 and on the rooftop you can enjoy a pool and gym and wonderful view all over Colombo. Highly recommended.

You will never find a property as beautiful as this. The care, effort, and love put into the decoration, ambience and overall vibe is second to none. Staff are unbelievably lovely and attentive and the owners themselves are present and involved, giving a family feel and making you feel at home. They cannot do enough for you! Food is incredible - you will never get as well and as much as you will here! Plus their restaurant Sanctuarii is a short 5 min walk with incredible food both Sri Lankan and Asian fusion cuisine.

Villa 53 es un lugar maravilloso donde hospedarse. El recibimiento por parte de los dueños es expectacular, te sientes como en casa, son muy calidos y encantadores, te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. Las habitación es enorme, no le falta detaye , esta limpisima y la cama es muy comoda. La casa es preciosa y muy bonita decorada, la piscina y el jardín maravillosos. Muy buena relacion calidad precio. El desayuno casero riquisimo. Un sitio muy recomendable en el que hospedarte si vas a Colombo. Un remanso de paz en pleno dentro de la ciudad. Graciad por todo!

A little difficult to find...it is behind a very plain facade, but once inside it was a modern and elegant oasis in the city. Very calming and comfortable lobby. Gamini,, the manager, was so hospitable. They will prepare (with notice) lunch and dinner and you can eat in your room or the dining room. Nice refreshing swimming pool...part of the reason I booked here. My ground floor room had a private walled garden with a bench...so romantic. The room was modern and spotless. They had the best towels, pillows, and blankets of my trip thus far. I hated to leave...but will be back
