This place really delighted us. We travelled with 2 kids and the dog. The apartment was big and comfortable. The bedroom was connected with a big covered terrace, where we could rest or dry our clothes. Bathroom was equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. In the kitchen there was everything we needed. Entrance to the apartment with the individual code. Decoration of the apartment was really beautiful and modern. And the surrounding of the building was also amazing. Soft grass, nice swimming pool with sun loungers around, bar with drinks and snacks and a place for kids to play ball. The distance to Rome was about 25 minutes with our own car. We had a great time 😁

The owner is super helpful and friendly, and goes above and beyond to help with anything. The facilities are clean and new. We were the only guests and had a very exclusive stay, e.g. had the beautiful spa for just the two of us. Breakfast was also very good, you can choose from different options. We rented a car and visited the nearby cities. The owner had excellent restaurant tips and there are great restaurants near. I have visited 40+ countries and even more resorts and hotels. Yet, this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited. If you are looking for luxury, with private service and great facilities, this is the place for you! Thank you again :)
