We loved every piece of it, it is brand new and it has a very fancy design. Great wellness area, the pool is for children first of all, because that is not too big, ooops according to other hotels it is big :), it will be crowded very soon (we were there in high season). The whole hotel has spacious spaces, e.g. corridors are double as wide as ordinary, the apartments have a very friendly and warm interior, good equipped (I'd have been happy with an oven, that was missing well). Ski-storage is very up-to-date and very professional. Covered parking area for every guest.

It's a small family hotel ran by the Kundl family. They are very nice people, especially Dieter, who is responsible for the weather situation! Hotel Kristall is located on a hill close to town center and main road. it's just a bit of walking from hotel ski room to a lift, really comfy. Breakfast was good. Facility is great, very clean and well kept. It was warm and comfy. Good for the skiers. It was my first stay in Obertauern, and hotel Kristall hasn't given up on me :)

Extremely good localisation! The ski slopes are really just outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious! Saunas were always empty so we were able to use them. The swimmingpool has water at a very pleasant temperature. The gym was also usually empty and easily usable. It was very silent in the hotel. It is a very good option to buy dinners at the hotel as there is very limited number of other open restaurants in Obertauern!

The apartment is really spacious with practical equipment, comfortable furniture. Obertauern offers many hiking tracks, we could spend easily 2-3 days more. We are looking forward to come back in winter for skiing.

Obertauern is a skiing resort for Party, far best in this part of the world. Hotel is a family owned and well designed for couples to leisure in between skiing and parties. Annabel fulfilled all our demands. Sauna ambient is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and good-looking. Hotel restaurant has good staff, cook was working with a a 3 stars Michelin Chef.

Huge selection of food and all of it of exceptional quality (often organic). Super delicios and fine dining quality dinners. The wellness areas are also luxiorious with big tea and drink selection (for free). No matter what is the weather outside, you can spend a wonderful time inside the hotel with your family.
