This historic property was built in 1906 and has been refurbished to highlight the original fireplaces and stained glass windows. very comfortable and quite. Very quite in a nice neighborhood and great views. it is a short walk to the historic shops, restaurants and historic docks area. the owner and his staff were extremely friendly. we arrived early and he, and his staff, were really flexible in making sure we were settled and ready to enjoy Hobart. We loved the complimentary kitchen larder for a quick morning bite and the evening port in the parlor.

Tasmania is succes what comes to wildlife watching. Weather might not be so great everyday and all day along this time of year. Cruise to Tasman peninsula with Pennicott wilderness journeys totally recommended. Got to see whales and seals and dolphins and different sea birds.

Julkinen liikenne kovin kattava. Port Arthur, Mt. Wellington ja Wineglass Bay ehdottomasti vierailun arvoisia kohteita. Myös kasvitieteellinen puutarha oli miellyttävä kokemus. Taste of Tasmania ruokafestivaali oli myös loistava. Sopivan kokoinen kaupunki, josta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen.
