The newly renovated rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the Indian restaurant adjacent to the lodge offers delicious food that comes highly recommended.

Este hotel está situado à saída da Auto-estrada Trans-Canada, a 4 km do Clube de Golfe Golden. Disponibiliza refeições no local e uma piscina interior com banheira de hidromassagem. The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.

Cathy’s breakfasts were sublime. The hospitality offered by both Cathy and Bruce was exceptional. I especially loved that bird feeders were put up and the hummingbirds that they attracted. What a treat!
