Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Sonesta Hotel Bucaramanga offers accommodations in Floridablanca, 3.1 mi from Bucaramanga. Everything went well! This was our first time staying at Sonesta and it surprised us. Breakfast was great, sometimes the area was full but it was the Holy Week so the hotel was full, anyway the attention was great and it improve the experience. The rooms are very comfortable, we got two rooms one double and one queen, beds were so comfortable we could really rest and enjoy these days off. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, I was very curious and once I heard it wasn't great but in fact it was delicious. If you stay here enjoy the facilities.

Very nice bedroom - we had the suite. Price is good for that kind of service. Bed was super comfy. The breakfast included is very nice and offers a lot of different things, some typical.

Busy city but the place to get organized in Santander. Lots of nice hotels and restaurants great prices. Not the easiest city to get around but Dizen of inexpensive cabs on every corner. Check out the organized central market. No one comes here but its one of the least expensive cities in Colombia and the people are great.

Rosalba and Daniela will directly make you feel at home and are always there to help you with any question you might have. I liked this place so much that I came back for another night after spending a few days more in the north of Santander. On the long drive from Santander to Medellín, I needed a place to spend the night as it was getting late and I was very tired. The Booking.com app turned up this gem of a hotel in Barrancabermeja, where I enjoyed a very pleasant night. It's perfect for a night's stay—it is clean, has strong wifi, is located in in close proximity to restaurants, and has adjacent secure parking. Perfect for breaking up a long journey! Bonus: the unique Cristo Petrolero statue is located only 5 mins away on foot.

The staff was very nice. Workers go the extra mile to help you. The restaurant treats you like a vip and breakfast is all included. The neighboorhood is safe and there's shopping malls, pharmacy, casino, supermarkets all walking distance of the hotel. Thank you BGA! Our home away from home.

Nothing, we just needed to stay there because of the night time of arrival, otherwise I'd rather book somewhere else. They even called the room at midnight because they needed the main guest's name when I checked in at the reception at 7 pm. So unpleasant. Staff is drinking beers at the reception. Nothing professional.
